"The latest visit diagnosed a failed ignition valve which needed to be ordered and replaced. They arrived promptly, assessed, diagnosed and ordered the parts immediately. It only took a few days for the parts to arrive and they were able to schedule me in for the service call. The first technician was able to maintain the ignition valve until the new part was available, which was directly responsible for heating my home. The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. The system sounds so much quieter. It was a warranty issue with no cost."

Larry came out to give me an estimate on painting our cabinets and interior touch up paint, and I could tell he not only was extremely knowledgeable but trustworthy too. He is so easy going and very easy to work with. Once we decided to use Lar Con Construction for work on our home, he stayed in constant contact with me. We had already moved out of the home when the guys started working on the home. But Larry kept me informed and sent pictures throughout the entire process which I really appreciated since I wasn't there. Even when I brought things to his attention that I needed fixed that I forgot to tell him about in the beginning, he just went with it. He actually told me initially, you won't know for sure what all you need done until you move. And boy was he right! As he was doing a walk through, he even found things we missed and would reach out and say, do you want me to fix this or that. He treated us like we were family and you can tell he puts 100% into everything he does. He did an AMAZING job on the cabinets and the other things around the house. You can tell he loves what he does. Moving is stressful enough, but he totally made this process an easy one. We didn't have to worry about anything! He has been an absolute blessing!"

"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"
