I have been a locally licensed residential contractor for nearly 10 years and have recently also acquired my General Contractor license, allowing me to do any work requiring a permit. I have built multiple homes, converted porches to screened porches, finished basements, completed pre-closing punch list, including minor electrical, siding repairs or replacement, code required repairs and more.
