They were kind, professional, and courteous. They even allowed me to ask questions as the work progressed. They were kind enough to stop and teach me everything that they were doing. It did not seem to slow their work at all. Even the electrician, David, that AquaGuard sent out to install a designated outlet for the new sump pump was delightful. Today my basement is dry and it looks like a completely new area...because it is! I highly recommend AquaGuard to anyone who has any problems with basement flooding."

"We found a leak on a Wednesday afternoon around 4:30. I found Troy on the app, called him, and he answered immediately. He said he could come out a to my house around lunch time the next day and check it out. He came and saw that we needed to replace our faucet. Since I was at work and my husband was not home, Troy went to Home Depot, took pictures of similar faucets, bought the faucet, and installed it. Not only did he do that, but he checked out another dripping faucet in our master bedroom that wasn't apart our initial request. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and down right good people. My disabled mother lives with me and they were courteous and kind to her while I was away. My husband made it home in time to meet Troy. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one.
