This contractor provided an all inclusive price for demo, subfloor repair, plumbing, electrical work, painting, custom cabinetry and shower glass. Some items were included or I received a credit if I provided the item myself. The subcontractors cleaned up as they worked and protected our home. The price was more than fair and Pedro stands by his work. Our bathroom is beautiful and we are already thinking about getting our kitchen done. "I have been battling water intrusion through windows for nearly two years. I have been through two other contractors who had various strategies but could not resolve the issues. Nico and his team but a systematic plan in place of water testing and working on one window at a time. The found the water source of each window leak. Some of the scalloped siding was incorrectly overlapping. They identified the defective siding, sometimes it was way away from the actual leaking window and replaced it. At every step they showed me exactly what was happening and how they would fix it - and they did. Nico and his guys are great. They are professional, thorough and most importantly honest. Oh, and Kristina is one of the most responsive and organized people I have worked with. She is a great point of contact."
