Skinner Development, Inc. exceeded every expectation for our commercial renovation project in Gainesville, GA. We hired them for major repairs and updates across a 223-unit apartment community, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. They repaired and restored all flooring in our high-traffic exterior breezeways. This included scraping the concrete, repainting it, and sealing it across all four floors. They also custom built 12 and installed metal louvers/diverters to redirect water flow and prevent puddling and long-term damage; a solution we truly needed. Their team renovated every breezeway ceiling, repaired the exterior patio roofs, completed mold remediation, replaced and sealed drywall, and delivered a flawless paint finish. On top of that, they handled all major painting in our clubhouse and leasing office, elevating the entire look of the community. Very professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable.
