Went back-and-forth with scheduling for quite some time, but we understood because of all the rain we've received this season. Plus, we had deck issues that needed to be rectified first. They came out to wash and prep the wood over a couple days, and that went fine. Then, they came out a few days later to paint and stain over a couple days. Where the paint and stain was supposed to go looks pretty good. The white painted porch looks really good. They caulked the cracks between the wood and the brick walls to make it look better (though they only did so on the inside, so it still looks a bit unfinished on the outside). The deck staining looks decent. However, there are a few spots that were haphazardly stained on the deck, leaving some 'messy' spots, which is disappointing. Though, the most disappointing aspect is the deck stain that they got on the composite floor planks on the deck. They chose not to cover the composite or tape it off at all, so they got deck stain all over the edges of the decks (near the runners) and all over the edges of the stairs (likely from using rollers or large brushes where a finer stroke was needed). When I noticed the color difference at final walk-through, I was told it was mineral spirits to remove 'drips' from the stain and that once it washed away it'd look perfect. But, once the spirits washed away, we were left with stained composite boards that were more than drips, with a noticeable color difference. No effort was made to NOT paint the composite, with the thought, "We'll just clean it later." But, the cleaning did not work, so we are left with the problem. In full disclosure, I have not contacted the company about the issue, and probably won't. Though, I don't feel I should have to do so. I can deal with some issues that come up with jobs needing rectification after the fact, but this appears to be an issue related to an ignored control effort that is a standard practice. That's something that should have been mitigated at the time, and not an issue I should have to call back about or deal with myself. For this reason alone, I have docked points from the company's rating. In good faith, I just can't recommend them to anyone or consider using them again, knowing shortcuts are in their work ethic.

I was referred to Kwik and Kleen by the contractor who built my screen porch. I contacted two other painters and the winner was Kwik and Kleen. Between the 3 offers, Thomas with Kwik had the best customer service and best quote. I needed Thomas and his crew last minute and he did what he could to gain my business. The job was definitely quick and clean. The crew showed up as scheduled, here for 2 days and finished. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Perfect! Better than I even expected! We have a large IPE wood deck, which has to have a special oil applied to it to bring out the luster. It cannot be stained with a regular stain. He is very experienced in dealing with this type of wood, and it looked beautiful when it was finished. I will definitely use him again next time. - Judi

My overall experience with Kwik and Kleen was fantastic! I did not have to worry about watching to see that the job was being done to my expectations. Thomas was on time each day. The area around the deck was cleaned up after the job and the color is simply beautiful. Thomas will tell you when you need to restain your deck again. This will depend on your decks location in regards to the sun. Call Kwik and Kleen today you won't be disappointed. We have lived in Alpharetta since 1996.....in my opinion there in nobody better. I unfortunately used another company the year before and it was a disaster.

Katie and Thomas are great! They were always available to answer questions and were very helpful in picking a stain color. Even though the pouring down rain was enough of an indication that they wouldn’t be able to work on staining the deck, they still called to let me know. As soon as the weather dried up, they came out and finished the work, and the deck looks fantastic! I highly recommend and will use them again.

They were reasonably priced and arrived when they said they would. They made every effort to accommodate our hurried schedule as we had a large outdoor party planned. Additionally, we could not find a single drip of stain on any of our patios. They truly did an excellent job! We will be using them again!
