"Beaver Home Renovations were a pleasure to work with and did a superb job at a very fair price. They were respectful, timely, and did excellent work in an expedient manner. They were flexible and accommodated additional requests that we made as the project progressed. They also point out ideas that could improve the project, as well as suggested cost saving measures. We will hire them for all future renovations and home improvements we have."

"Have used these guys several times over the last few years for various projects we needed done. Great communication, prices, always prompt, and excellent work. Once when materials were scarce and slow coming in (covid supply issues), the owner communicated with us daily to keep us updated."

"Kimberly and her team did a great job updating my kitchen and flooring. They were timely, efficient and did quality work."

"They rebuilt 4 large rotted Posts that anchor the stair railings on our wraparound front porch. The crew was skilled and friendly, initially doing a good job. Unfortunately, within a week, after the first big rain, the corner joints on the rebuilt posts began to separate & gaps appeared. I called Jim and he immediately an addressed the problem, sending a new crew who completely rebuilt all 4 posts. They stayed late to ensure the work was done properly. Many months later those posts all look great! There as no attempt to charge for the rework. It’s so refreshing to find a contractor with the integrity to throughly stand behind the quality of their work. We will define use them again."

"I am extremely satisfied with the work for the budgeted price for finishing basement. The owner Kenneth Fortner was extremely professional doing his work. All his team are dedicated and punctual. I also hired them for immediate project for my concrete and handrail work also Interior changes. I will be considering them for future projects and referencing to my neighbor and friends as well."

"The guys were great, came on a Sunday as we did not have use of the garage until it was repaired. They did everything they said they would do and more, and the garage is quieter and works better than when we moved in."
