We hired IRBIN to refinish 4 antique pieces in a dark ebony stain. The pieces turned out amazing! Arhaus was our inspiration, and we would have spent 5 times the cost to purchase new furniture pieces.

Irbin was professional and responsive. We hired him for drywall repair and painting. He did quality work and we were pleased with the final product. We would recommend without hesitation.

Perez Painting and Renovations did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home. They repaired the wood rot to my front columns with PVC. When more previously unseen wood rot was found around a few windows they brought this to my attention and these areas were properly repaired. The workers had the needed materials on hand. They also repaired a sagging gutter on the side of my home. The paint job is flawless. I am extremely happy that I chose them. Excellent work and a VERY fair price. Oh, and they pressure washed my large back patio at no extra cost! Now I have a fresh look to the exterior of my home with a beautiful clean back patio to match! Thank you Irbin for that! I Highly recommend Irbin and his Team. What a pleasure it was to work with them. They painted the interior of our home and kitchen cabinets and also installed some fans/lights for us. Irbin and his team were always on time . Always available to answer all your questions and give you advice/suggestions. They work with picky people like myself with such Grace and patience. Irbin and his team will work with you until you are completely satisfied . Once they are done with the work, they clean up after themselves and during the final walkthrough, if you need anything else to get touched up or worked on Irbin will do it for you . My home looks completely different now thanks to their amazing job . With all the time they spent at our house we felt that the rate he gave us was worth it and it included the paint . Great guys! They lived up to every great review. Mr. Perez was very patient with all my decisions and did great work. The guys are very trustworthy and very clean. When they left there was no sign of anything being painted. Great clean up. Glad I found them.

We hired Mr. Perez and his crew to do major drywall repairs after our house flooded due to a plumbing problem. We needed major drywall repairs to our ceilings and some walls including replacing crown molding and painting. Mr. Perez and his crew did an excellent job overall. He was very professional when submitting quotes and scheduling his work. He was very patient with me as I needed him to fine tune his quote to be as detailed as possible. He showed up to work on time as planned consistently. He listened to all my concerns and requests along the way and met all my requirements. I should mention that I am a very detailed oriented and demanding and he met my expectations. The work included new sheetrock installation and patches, painting, replacing insulation, replacing crown molding and door casing around where the new sheetrock was placed. The painting was done to my standards after I explained what they were (cutting corners perfectly, no brush marks, etc.). I had them repaint a few areas that I wasn't completely happy with and they re-touched them until I was satisfied without any complains. He is very pleasant, respectful and easy to work with. They also stained our deck and it turned out beautiful.
