"On November 18, we had an unfortunate mishap at my house. Someone crashed through my garage door, hitting my parked car and slamming it into my load-bearing bathroom wall. My car was trapped in the garage and there was cold air leaking into the bathroom. I will first start by praising God nobody was hurt. And now I will express my appreciation for Lar-Con Construction. Mr. Rowland and his crew were professional and courteous. The excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail given to this project were phenomenal as well as the timeliness in getting the project done. Lar-Con was there on Thanksgiving Week to start the project. The crew showed up when they said they would - every time. They made sure floors and walls were protected while they did their work and cleaned up every day before they left. Mr. Rowland kept in contact with me on this project and was always available whenever I had questions. My new garage door works better than ever. The wall looks like there was never any damage and the bathroom looks wonderful, even better than the original. I would hire Lar-Con Construction again in a heartbeat. This company is now the official builder of my household."

"Beaver did an excellent job on my bathroom renovation. They repaired pre-existing structural problems and also gave the inside a really beautiful face lift. Mr. Jhony and team were so pleasant to work with in addition to doing beautiful work. I'm very pleased and would hire again!"

"Their services were awesome! Detail oriented, great suggestions, eye for design and discussions to keep costs down. They were willing to make changes and work with the timeline efficiently. The custom kitchen was high end and the finished work was the envy of all. Work space was left clean ."

"As a real estate agent - I am always looking for reliable vendors to help me with my client's needs. Trevor and his crew have always been professional and easy to work with. I have used them in my personal home as well. I highly recommend them for all of your construction needs!"

"I’d you are looking for a company to remodel or update your bathroom look no further. My remodel was an entire “gut” job and I could not be more satisfied. The team arrived on time and made sure to communicate any changes in schedule. Be sure to research and know what fixtures you plan to use because they move fast."

"Ricky and his team at RHB Remodeling were such a joy to work with, I’ve had many rooms redone in my house by other companies and there is always problems or issues- not with RHB- everything was done in a timely manor, they were clean, and I now have the bathroom of my dreams. I will not hesitate to hire them again for my kitchen remodel. Highly recommend!"

"The owner Gordon was great. He was referred to us by another friend that had recently purchased a home that needed a lot of work. Gordon came to our home at the time he said he was going to be there and that was something different than we had experienced with other contractors. He didn't push any services on us that we didn't want but did act as a consultant on what would work and what wouldn't work. He told us the work would take a couple weeks and it did. He brought his crew in and they worked very well without bumping into each other?the best part is that we didn't have to leave our dog at the kennel?they were all very nice, but we stayed out of their way?The theater is beautiful and kitchen ready for the holidays? We would definitely use them again and refer to our friends and family.

"Kimberly and her team did a great job updating my kitchen and flooring. They were timely, efficient and did quality work."

"Skinner Development, Inc. exceeded every expectation for our commercial renovation project in Gainesville, GA. We hired them for major repairs and updates across a 223-unit apartment community, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. They repaired and restored all flooring in our high-traffic exterior breezeways. This included scraping the concrete, repainting it, and sealing it across all four floors. They also custom built 12 and installed metal louvers/diverters to redirect water flow and prevent puddling and long-term damage; a solution we truly needed. Their team renovated every breezeway ceiling, repaired the exterior patio roofs, completed mold remediation, replaced and sealed drywall, and delivered a flawless paint finish. On top of that, they handled all major painting in our clubhouse and leasing office, elevating the entire look of the community. Very professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable."

"It was excellent. They did a quality work and clean after themselves. Took everything and clean up. They were on time and fast."
