"First of all, their customer service was very good. Our first contact was with Tracy (sp) at their main offices. She was friendly and professional, and was very conscientious about her follow-up with everything. The crew showed up, as scheduled, and got right to work. They had to tear up old flooring, prep the floor and install new flooring we had on site. When their was a minor issue with the work, and it was pointed out to them, they gladly pulled up the problematic piece, fixed the concern we had. They also did one other small other bit of work fixing a gouge in the step, for no extra charge. We were very pleased with the job that was done, and would certainly use Diaz Hardwood Floors again! Total Cost of Work: $400"
