First of all, their customer service was very good. Our first contact was with Tracy (sp) at their main offices. She was friendly and professional, and was very conscientious about her follow-up with everything. The crew showed up, as scheduled, and got right to work. They had to tear up old flooring, prep the floor and install new flooring we had on site. When their was a minor issue with the work, and it was pointed out to them, they gladly pulled up the problematic piece, fixed the concern we had. They also did one other small other bit of work fixing a gouge in the step, for no extra charge. We were very pleased with the job that was done, and would certainly use Diaz Hardwood Floors again! Total Cost of Work: $400

They are exceptional, the owner is always present to check the work. His workers were very clean, their pricing was reasonable and we're happy with the service.

My floors look amazing. Not only did they do perfect work on installation, but they feathered the new floors into the existing hardwoods in another room. The level of professionalism was incredible. They moved furniture, covered things to avoid getting sawdust on them, and required no help from me the entire time. In fact, I was at work everytime they were there! Fantastic experience, I highly recommend Diaz Hardwood Floors.

Amazing! I thought we would have to replace our hardwood floors due to the amount of warping that had occurred from a leak. We couldn't even close the door the warping was so bad. Mr. Diaz came to the house and said they could easily sand it down and restain had a very reasonable price. They arrived on time and in 3 hrs the floor like the day we moved in. Amazing! They came back the next day for round two and I couldn't be happier. Mr Diaz follow up and attention to detail is impressive. Will hire him again to refinish rest of floors. Thank you Mr Diaz!

I was very happy with their work. They are a very responsive company. f I had questions or a problem, they got back to me very quickly. We were doing a remodel in our home at the time and they worked around my schedule to finish the work in a convenient manner for me!

Very smoothly, the floors were beautiful. They did a good job and they're great to work with.

They were really quick and showed me all the samples that were available to use.
