"The service went well. The contractor discussed in detail everything that needed to be done and why. He even explained why we were having the problems and confirmed that they would be addressed during installation. He came out more than once to make sure we were agreeable with service and materials that would be provided. After installation he reviewed everything by walking around the house with me and confirming that the work was done and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. Everyone was polite, nice and considerate."
