Georgia Wildlife Removal

Immediate (and long lasting) elimination of noise from the flying squirrels that had gained entry to our attic and that could be heard in the wall where the headboard of our bed is facing. All quiet now and it's been months since Georgia Wildlife Removal finished their work! We were very pleased with the quality of their work and highly recommend them to any others with animal problems!! We have a large house with a three car garage and four dormers so the price below reflects that additional work.

Brandon was able to perform the inspection within a day of calling for an appointment and had the work done a few days later. They were very polite, friendly, and showed up exactly when they said they would. There was minimal disruption and everything was left perfectly clean. It is now one month later and despite several cold spells, the squirrels have not returned. They did a great job and were wonderful to work with.

Visit went well. Great recommendations were made. We only went with another company because of financial considerations. Very professional and thorough inspection was made and timely follow up calls were made.

Arrived on time and evaluated and investigated possible noise but couldn't find anything.

They placed the traps as agreed and did one followup to my knowledge. They gave me a bid to seal all openings for approx. $1500, which I did not accept. They did not followup with the traps in a manner that I thought they should.

They did a wonderful job. It looks to be a good job. They were nice.

They came in and asset the job. Told me it was covered by the voucher I purchased and set up traps. came back a week later and removed traps and rodent.

IT went good. I had used anothe provider for some basic services related to rodents last year, they did goodjob initially but later on stopped responding to my calls/emails. Hence I hired Georgia Wildlife Removal, and they have done a good job. Its only a month since the service was done, but so far I am satisfied. They are responsive and punctual. We had a family of squirrels who had taken up residence in the attic so I contacted Georgia Wildlife Removal as part of the trapping package. As soon as they arrived and deployed the traps, they immediately informed me that the traps would be ineffective against squirrels, and that I would need to purchase a full exclusion package costing in excess of $1000 after Angie's list member discounts. This was outside of my budget and they didn't offer any other options, stating that in order to guarantee their work the full exclusion had to be done and there was no other way to rid our house of the rodents, so no further work was done. They never came back to check on the traps set either, which didn't really matter because as they stated they were completely ineffective. Instead, I put our house cat in the attic and after a day of pouncing sounds up there the squirrels haven't returned, so I saved myself over a grand -- finally that cat is earning her keep! I'm not sure why they would even bother to come set out traps if they knew there was no chance of catching the squirrels. It seems like I basically paid for an estimate. I could see myself using Georgia Wildlife Removal if we had a severe rodent infestation since they were willing to work with me on the price, but the lack of options aside from the expensive full exclusion package means I am going to try everything else before I get to that point.

It turned out great. They were very helpful. I had problems with attic rats. They caught 6 rats all together. I've not heard any more noises coming from my attic. If I called them for noises, they'd come back out within 24 hours.

Brandon was very knowledgeable and provided tips to keep rodent away. He was very professional and responsive, I will definitely use him again for the service if needed.

It went great! Brandon came for the initial estimate and observed the squirrels that were currently resident in the attic. Communicated that I would need the exclusion as they were huge gaps from the facia to the actual roof that were covered by the shingles. Explained everything and thoroughly as I am a new home owner and was surprised by the whole process. They came back to check traps and remove excluder traps for the squirrels and when I thought I heard squirrels in the attic. Kept in contact with me the whole time about the process and were very professional and courteous about my time schedule as I work from 7am to 4pm. Brandon and Gary are a great team and I will call them back if I ever need anything else done!

All work was completed as soon as possible and they even worked with my crazy schedule for work. Came back to make sure i was satisfied with the work and repainted and even fixed anything else they saw when they replaced the wood.

The company was amazing. We sold our house and as part of the inspection, we found out there was evidence of pests in the attic. We called in Georgia Wildlife to assess the situation for us. They were prompt, professional and could tell me immediately upon inspection what we were dealing with. They gave us an initial quote, set traps and then revisited our house 2-3 times over a two week period of time to check traps, etc. They also sealed the entire attic so there would be no future infestation. While they were inspecting, there was an area of the roof where it looked like the squirrels had chewed into a shingle. They did the roof work to repair this free of charge, even after they did a closer inspection and found that it wasn't pest damage as they'd originally thought. We hired an insulation company to come out and replace the insulation that had to be removed. At the last minute, 3 business days before closing, our insulation company backed out on us because they apparently had a bigger job somewhere else. We called Georgia Wildlife and explained the situation and they agreed last minute to come out and pump in the necessary insulation. The service this company provides is far and away some of the best service I've found. While I hope I don't have to use a pest control company again, if I do, I won't hesitate to call Georgia Wildlife, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for these kind of services.

Arrived as scheduled. Were pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. Could not have been more pleased with their service. Will definitely use in the future. Spent time answering our questions and giving pertinent information. How nice to see a reputable business treating a customer well.

While the techs were friendly, informative, communicative and timely with trap checks, unfortunately nothing was caught with this level of service. The type of problem rodent is tricky and squirrelly (pun intended). I would need full exclusion services, that at this time, I am unable to accommodate financially. The critters are still scurrying around my attic on borrowed time... for now.

The company came out promptly but they didn't find anything. They were very through. I was satisfied with their service as they did search the area extensively.

On Monday night 8/11/2014, my husband heard the distinct sound of critter footsteps in our attic. Not a fun sound to hear at 10pm with a 9 week old baby in the home. The next morning, I searched on Angie's List and called the first service provider on the list. When I called the business number, a person actually answered! (A rare event in my opinion) Gary stated that he could be at my house in a few hours (the SAME DAY mind you). He simply suggested that I text my address to him and he would take care of the rest. Additionally, I requested that he call when he came in the neighborhood so that I would have enough time to put the dog out and not wake with baby with insane barking. He did so. Gary continued to text me on his progress in getting to my home, which I appreciated. When he arrived, he was very professional and provided a reasonable estimate for the work that needed to be done. When he arrived the next day, he completed the job in about 4 hours and was very respectful of my time. He involved me in the process of the repairs and seemed very knowledgable . He even repaired the brick facade at no extra charge. He was able to efficiently swipe my credit card on site and stated that he will return over the next several weeks to check the traps and the results of the attic seal. In fact, we already have 9:30 on Tuesday scheduled. Hopefully my critter problem is now solved, but should I run into any additional issues, I know exactly who to call.

Got this as a "Big Deal". They were on time and ready to go to work. I felt like I got more than my moneys worth based on what neighbors had paid for the same type of services. Most are quoting more than double what I paid. I also had them replace a gutter on the front of my garage with one that keeps the leaves out. They were friendly and gave me advice for keeping varmits away from the house in the future.

Even though this company has not provided the service, just from their responsiveness and knowledge I would highly recommend them.
