Last night at midnight, I found a wild animal in my son's bathroom (so glad he was in his bedroom soundly sleeping). I was so surprised to find this one and did not know what kind of animal it is. But because I saw it face to face, I remember how it looks like. So I checked it online and seems it is baby raccoon. It is said behind the baby raccoon, there is a mother raccoon and they are mean and nasty and they are carrying deadly virus. For such emergency situation, we need immediate attention from animal control professionals. My wife started to search companies next day who can provides help, and she was referred to SOLITUDE. My wife called the company and Chip Kemp, the CEO of the company, received her call and answered her question very professionally. However because it was late afternoon and Chip was doing other job, he might not be able to come to our house the same day. My wife was so nervous about the little dude in my house and asked him if he could kindly make the trip the same day for the emergency service. Chip agreed and came to my house very punctually. When we saw him, we realized that he is an extremely nice and professional guy. Extremely considerable and knowledgeable. After my description to him about the animal, he immediately pointed out that it is a flying squirrel, not a baby raccoon. He asked me to check it online and I agree it does look more like a fly squirrel. He then thoroughly inspected my house, from the bathroom to the attics. He did find some debridement of the animal in the attics and provided some solutions. We understood that removal of the fly squirrels is very challenging.
