They had to cut out the initial shower pan and replace it with a new shower pan. The window kit had to be installed numerous times before they were able to accomplish its installation in a way that looked professional. Even their own, Field Manager could not believe the poor job that was initially done. It ended up being the most painful experience of dealing with a company in my 73 years of life. If you hire them, you best get everything in writing because their word means nothing."
