Granite garage floors did a great job! I love my garage floors! I had a lot of cracks and two layers of the Home Depot do it yourself paint on there but they removed it and fixed all the cracks and replaced with the granite floor and I couldn’t be happier .. the price is worth it. I wish I...

I was replacing 2 old metal doors that were not a standard size, so they came up with a way to install the new standard doors cutting into the floor without having to cut them down, which would have marred the doors, while the floor is not in view. Quick thinking and fine work. Jack also...

Josh Crouch has been amazing. He walked us through the process from start to finish. We had never done any home renovations before, and Josh made it easy. After having multiple contractors, not show up or never provide us with quotes, it was a breath of fresh air to work with someone who...

AA offered a beautiful selection of granite and knowledgeable, courteous staff. They were patient, professional when we had some design hiccups and the install was smooth and professional. My countertops are GORGEOUS! Highly recommend!

John came and took measurements and said he would design a plan for us. We wanted new Dacor appliances and a differnt style sink. When he had the plans, I went to their showroom and we discussed the details and I picked out the new appliances which included a oven/convection oven, a...

We first met with Clayton at the Premier Surfaces showroom (we were recommended to this company by a friend who had used them previously for a kitchen countertop/granite job), and she was punctual, well put-together, and very bubbly. She knew her countertops, answering all of our questions in...

Professional Home Improvement Inc
Welcome to P.H.I. We specialize in bathroom, kitchens, tile or wood floors. We customize your job, and our goal is to minimize the discomfort of construction while making your home beautiful. We are licensed and insured. Our owner is a NARI Master Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (MCKBR) and Universal Design Certified Professional (UDCP). P.H.I. has been awarded NARI Contractor of the Year for our bathrooms in multiple recent years.
"My wife and I have been homeowners for over 30 years, owning three houses in three cities. For the past 20+ years we have been homeowners in metro Atlanta. We have hired a number of contractors in our day. Professional Home Improvement (PHI) is far and away the best company we have ever worked with. We have (enthusiastically!) shared our experience and recommended PHI to our friends and neighbors. We were motivated to write this review and share our experience more broadly because we remember how much time and effort we invested in finding a company to handle some or (as it has turned out) all of our home remodeling project. We contacted PHI because we were impressed by the PHI website, which we found in our search. We thought that if the promises and results we learned about on the PHI website were for real, this would be the company for us. We now have several months of experience with those promises and results and, if you care about the same three essentials that we care about, we cannot recommend PHI—Dennis & Jean Delashmit and their crew of tradesmen—more highly. Below are the three essentials we were looking for and attached are a few photos illustrating the quality of work that PHI produces and continues to produce as we prepare now to enter “phase 4” of our remodeling project (which began with a tryout—a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling remodel of our desperately decrepit master bathroom—which yielded results that have thrilled us and turned into “phase 1” of an ongoing remodel of almost all of our home). The three essentials: (1) Effective communication throughout planning and execution. Dennis & Jean listen—with deep attention and comprehension. They have a calling to improve the lives of others by improving the functionality and beauty of the homes they wake up to and live in every day. Their respect for, attention to, and comprehension of our functional needs and aesthetic preferences have been profound. And this has persisted throughout planning and execution; they have initiated more contacts with us than we have with them—to inform us about what’s next, coordinate the activities of tradesmen with our lives, and ask more detailed questions about choices of equipment, supplies, etc., as each phase proceeds. (2) Expert, hard-working, trustworthy tradesmen and connections to suppliers. This is something that is absolutely essential to the experience of undergoing a remodel. Can you trust the expert skills of the tradesmen your contractor assembles and whose activities they coordinate? Are you comfortable with their presence in your home? Do they consistently deliver value while onsite? We have shared our home with the tradesmen enlisted by Dennis & Jean for several months, throughout phases 1, 2, and 3. We look forward to their arrival in our home, admire their skill, hard work, and dedication to doing things right, and are completely comfortable with having them in our home. Dennis & Jean also have longstanding relationships with many sources and suppliers, greatly streamlining the process of finding and selecting the right paint, flooring, equipment, etc. (3) Reasonable prices yielding exceptional value, with careful and thorough accounting. Dennis & Jean are sensitive to price and value, exacting in presenting options and prices, and careful and thorough in their accounting. In sum, an A+ for Dennis & Jean and the entire PHI team/network!"

Charles Home Improvements
Charles Home improvements is a remodeling company, for over 15 years . Bathroom, kitchen, our specialty is tile work, kitchen backsplash, flooring, master bathroom shower, patio, fireplace ect... FLOORING TILE AND HARDWOOD [email protected] 678 975 2506
"We needed a full renovation of our bathroom in order to accommodate my wife who is physically handicapped and is unable to navigate over ANY barrier in the bathroom. I needed a bathroom that met her needs AND was designed appropriately for use by non-handicapped visitors. Charles from Charles Home Improvement came to the house and truly listened to my somewhat complex needs including a bathroom with no curbs, no shower doors, or walls. After meeting with him he gave me a bid which was most reasonable. The staff he hired to do the floor and wall tile, plumbing, counter tops, cabinets, and doors were very professional. The work was top quality. I enjoyed watching them work each day to accomplish the vision my wife and I had. With GREAT effort they completed the work ON TIME and ON BUDGET! A bathroom that is bright, modern, and completely ADA compliant .... and a bathroom that looks great! Charles Home Improvement is a wonderful company with great people. Without reservation I can give Charles Home Improvement my highest recommendation. Bruce W."

"PLEASE READ: Mark was great to work with in the beginning. After I did calculations for some items, Mark became angry and stopped communicating. Before construction could continue, I needed to get an electrician out because there was a real issue. Mark insisted there wasn't. After I insisted and called him out on his lack of communication, he said he was sending over his electrician the next morning. I cancelled plans and stayed home to wait on electrician. I never heard from Mark and he did not respond to texts. I called and he said there was nothing wrong and a new switch was installed. I called an electrician. There was an issue and the new switch was not installed. We also agreed that I would pay for flooring materials on main floor(lvp and underlayment) and Mark would demo and level kitchen and provide transition and baseboard. The floor is sloped in an area and there is a random square board and cuts in wood in more than one area. Mark used my old cheap laminate as a transition board on the stairs. This is not a joke or exaggeration. In addition, Mark did not use the underlayment that I purchased at his recommendation. Mark’s company cut and painted flooring on my gray stained covered porch without putting anything down. I have this on blink video occurring all day. There was paint and dust all over the porch. Mark does not apologize ever. The area had sharp small nails on stairs that were not even worked on. Mark said my request to correct this is ridiculous and said he would not repair slope. I’ve given him every opportunity to repair. I asked for an additional contract so we could let the contract guide us instead. Mark refused to add repairing of slope area and ignores me about underlayment. I asked him not to continue work or send his guys back for other work(He is doing insurance work on bottom floor.) Mark sent his guys twice after this and they just came into the house. I sent them home on Labor Day and texted Mark that I explicitly asked him not to be on the property until we had a signed agreement. His response was they could just work in garage. Update: 9/9/24! Mark is now demanding I take the reviews down or he won’t repair floors. The nightmare continues. He said he is putting a lien on my house. He says I am preventing him from doing the work but that is a complete lie. Read all details above to understand."
