They are the absolute worst company possible to deal with. I should have known when I saw their BBB Rating & Accreditation was an F. They came out to install my quartzite slab in the pouring rain, while also scratching a massive circle in it. They couldn't put any sealer on it due to being wet. So they told me that I would have to apply it myself once it drys. When your paying a company 3K to install it for you, you would think that they would have done that themselves. To make things worse I had an extra slab that was left over. They told me that they would store my slab for me while my basement was getting finished as I was going to use the extra piece for my bar top. Guess what. Slabs gone and they have no idea where it went.

EXCELLENT Job from start to finish. Everyone was very prompt, very professional, very easy to work with. Never felt pressured in picking out the granite. Karen and Mike were both very helpful with helping me pick. Mike did a great job - from initial visit, estimate, to finish. Very pleased with job that was done and the price. Would definitely hire again. My only regret is I didn't have him do the bathroom countertops also.

The entire project was handled very professionally.  The no pressure sales staff was helpful and gave us all the time we needed with our questions.   We saw all their in stock granite and then were given a list of granite distributors to visit, and the variety of slabs seemed unlimited.  Once we made our choice, our work was done.  Granite and Marble Solutions created a template,  assisted with the placement of the template on the slab, and then set an installation date.  The installation team removed the old countertops, and installed the new granite in one afternoon.  Their plumber arrived the next morning to complete the project.  The installers were on time, courteous, and neat.  We were out of service in our kitchen less than twenty-four hours.  We would highly recommend Granite and Marble Solutions for any granite project.

The provider was quick to respond, competitive on pricing and provided a great service. The workers kept the areas clean and consistently asked questions throughout the process to make sure we were pleased and were getting what we needed.

I am a tad on the OCD side and this vendor earned an A+ from me!

Very well. We used them twice before for smaller projects where we needed remnant granite and were very happy with their remnant granite as well as their professionalism.. We decided to us them for our main kitchen remodel. We checked other granite companies as well and found that the other companies had less selection to chose from. The prices seemed to be about the same or better for what we were looking for in granite. Once we made our selection the counters were installed a week later. We are very pleased We will definitely use them again.

Creating the template took more time than we anticipated but the results were great. Installation went smooth, everything looks fabulous.

AA Marble and Granite had a nice selection of Granite and we had no problem finding a beautiful piece of granite for our bathroom. It was smooth sailing from the beginning with our sales rep, Mike, all the way through installation. Everyone was nice, professional and on time for all appointments. We picked out our granite one week and it was installed the next week. We could not have asked for more.

Chose the granite one day, template within 2-3 days, granite installed the very next day.

Excellent. Mike Gann came out to do measurements. The templating was done on time. The installation of the countertops went flawlessly. Their plumber took care of installing the sinks and faucets. The backsplash was installed a few days after the countertops, and was sealed and looks great. Nothing was overlooked. Would definately use them anytime I had granite needs.

I was very pleased with the entire project from estimate to completion. Mike came out to give the estimate within just a couple of days of my call. Once I made my decision, they scheduled the template within a few days and the installation within a week. When I visited the showroom to pick out the marble, Karen was really helpful in giving me tips and in helping me stay within budget but still get the extras i wanted, like a curved edge on the island and more decorative edge in some areas. The old counters were removed and the new ones installed the same day. Installation went very smoothly with minimal dust and their plumber showed up as soon as the counter was installed to connect the sink and disposal. So, the kitchen was operational again before dinnertime.

All went well except that installer forgot to re - anchor the dishwasher. Had to make several calls to finally get it scheduled. re anchoring finished as promised. All in all, very pleased with service, product, and price was terrific!

We asked for quotes from three companies. We selected this company due to low price, professionalism and knowledge. The company told us how things would happen, when they would happen and delivered to their promises without exception. A quality product, quality service and a real pleasure dealing with them throughout the process. I highly recommend this company!

Great job from start to finish! Everyone at Gand MS was extremely helpful ... from the initial estimate, stone selection, template and installation ... they were all very knowledgeable and professional. It was so easy and it was a pleasure to do business with them ... my countertops are beautiful !!!

It took us a long time to decide so they were very patient. I had 3 estimates from different companies and felt most comfortable with this one. They came out twice since I could not decide on a color and helped me finalize the color choice. I picked out the sinks from their show room. I ordered my own faucets. They did the measuring on the same day that I finalized it. They showed up on the day of installation. They were a late but called ahead to say they were behind schedule. A small piece of our vanity was broken but they cam out and fixed it. I felt like I had very good service.

Kudos to Nancy Gann who was very professional from start to finish. Nancy was very informative, and helpful. Nancy was on top of the whole process and accomodating. The template technician was very good. The day of install was an experience in professionalism. Marco Gonzalez and his helper are real craftsmen of their trade. That is somehing that is lacking for some nowadays. We are impressed with the fact that Solutions was able to craft our counters without a seam. The only seam is in the back splash and it it not noticiable. We are very happy with a beautiful job done by Granite and Marble Solutions. You will be too. Robert and Evelyn S. Woodstock, GA

We went to their showroom and Nancy was immediately very helpful. She showed us samples in the bone yard and stayed in touch with us while we were designing our kitchen. When we made the appointment to template the countertops, he showed up on time and was very professional. They installed all the countertops in one day the next week and did a fabulous job. Their plumber came after they were finished and installed all 3 faucets.

I must say that they did a good job. I am very pleased. They seemed to be real professional to me. They came out originally to do the pre-install then they came back to take the section out for the stove. I am very pleased with the results. I enjoyed their company and I thought that they were just great. I have no complaints at this time.
