"The provider was professional & punctual.  When he arrived and I explained what was needed, he realized that he would need another person since the job would require some electrical work.   He explained to me that this type of work was beyond the scope of what could be done under the 8 hours of "handyman service" that I had purchased and I would need to pay extra for the additional work.  Since they were already onsite, decided to pay for the additional service (~$200).  
They did an OK job.  They were not as thorough as I would of like.  For example, the mirrors that they hung in the master bathroom were not levered.  One was slightly higher than the other.  
The kitchen faucet become very loose a couple of months after it was installed. I called them and they were quick to send someone back to fix the problem, but had the same issue a couple of months later.  I had my dad looked at it when he visit, and he was able to diagnose the problem.  Apparently, the provider didn't read the instructions and followed the wrong procedure when installing the faucet.  They weren't suppose to use a particular part when installing the faucet on counter tops greater than 3 inches and they did causing this issue.  
Overall - I thought they had good customer service.  They were prompt & professional, but I wasn't enchanted with the knowledge of their professionals and wouldn't use them in the future.

"Our home had roofing damage due to improper rain drainage. Jonathan Browning gave an honest estimate on repairing the problem areas and also fixed some framing around the front door window. His team from Quality Works spent Thursday and Friday fixing the roof and even came back on Saturday to finish and clean up. They were very contentious with their work and everything looks as good as new! I am impressed enough to invite Jonathan to come back and give me a quote on painting the trim on our home and pool house.
