When a roof leak is reported, Quality Works is very quick to respond by
covering with tarps until we schedule the roof replacement to be done. 
Craig, the owner, is great to work with.  He explains what needs to be
done, how long it will take and what type materials he will be using. 
His has a very hard working crew who are always courteous. They  worked in pouring rain to
finish the installation on a roof last month.  They always leave the surrounding area in clean
condition, After receiving quotes from other companies, we found Quality Works to be very
competitive. 

There are three letters to describe this company, and they are WOW!   Not only was the owner hands-on throughout the entire process, he ensured any subcontractors that he used, since he was our General Contractor, met his high standards.  Because of the work he did for us, one person used him for erosion control and another to remodel their bathroom.  I personnally think this company is fairly priced, has high standards, and places customer satisfaction as their main goal.  Great Job! 

 

Our home had roofing damage due to improper rain drainage. Jonathan Browning gave an honest estimate on repairing the problem areas and also fixed some framing around the front door window. His team from Quality Works spent Thursday and Friday fixing the roof and even came back on Saturday to finish and clean up. They were very contentious with their work and everything looks as good as new! I am impressed enough to invite Jonathan to come back and give me a quote on painting the trim on our home and pool house.

I would give them an AAA++. We were very satisfied with them. All the subs they had working for them were excellent and timely. His word was his word and there was a great connection. We were able to talk about things. We are pleased with Angie's List also. I liked the attitude of the Craig Collins, who was the contractor for Quality Works and he would point out things to us that needed work. He was also very good about coming out to check on everyone. They knew what I wanted and what I expected.

They were very easy to work with. They really took into consideration our requirements and needs. Their engineering staff worked with the challenges we had in adding on to our home. We are extremely happy with the final product.

The remodel went very well.  Craig and his crew are fantastic and very accomodating.  Customer service is #1 with them and we

would highly recommend them to anyone.  You absolutely would not go wrong hiring them to do any work.

Johnathan Brown, the contractor, came out with the adjuster and handled my claim very well and ensured that I got what was best for me and my home. Johnathan has stayed in constant contact to ensure the smooth process of getting my repairs completed.

This is the fourth job I've given to Quality Works and I highly recommend them without hesitation as a top quality roofer and remodeling company you can depend on when you need them.  Mr. Craig Collins the owner is amazing, nicest roofer/contractor and as a person! His approach to finding problems is second to none. He's not there to "sell you a complete roof replacement", and make a quick buck. Rather, he truly believes in quality and does the work to our complete satisfaction. He will be my roofer and contractor as long as I own a home and I will definitely be referring Quality Works to all my friends and family.  Thanks so much Quality Works. Considering all the work that was done, I would say it went very smoothly. I had a roof leak in the master bath and damaged gutters from a recent storm. Kim met the insurance adjuster at my home and did a very thorough examination of the damage. The adjuster agreed with Kim's assessment replacing the roof, repairing the bathroom ceiling, and replacing the damaged gutters. Kim's company handled everything and the entire job from start to finish was done in one week.
