"My HVAC Tech, Alex K, & his crew of (2) other Techs installed my new Carrier HVAC system back in April (2020) & after the Inspection from the City of Alpharetta. All of CoolRay’s Employees are superb & extremely friendly from David Poulos (Sr. Consultant) selling me the awesome energy-efficient system, to the Lead Service Technician in Alex K., & his (2) partners that installed my Carrier HVAC back in April. Meanwhile, CoolRay’s Permit Coordinator in Jennifer Richardson was SUPERB! She has terrific Customer Service skills, is extremely professional as well as friendly, she’s very easy to talk to over the phone while she goes above & beyond to help explain to me the answers to the questions that I had for her & therefore, she helped put me at ease. Sarah Clement was also very helpful by contacting me via my cell & via email in helping set up the minimal work that needed to be performed in order to pass the inspection by the City of Alpharetta. All in all, a FABULOUS GROUP OF EMPLOYEES for those that I mentioned above w/ CoolRay & these individuals should be recognized in some way?!! They were able to accommodate my schedule with no issues. The on-site guys were great. You cannot even see the panels from the street. A+ on curb appeal.They handled all the paperwork from the temp loan company, the utility company (less than two weeks to actual power conversion), to the tax form information. They answered every question and email I sent out within 24 hours.Add on instant access to daily power consumption and reports to help interpreting the utility bills. "Summary: Hire them - period! This review has 2 parts: 1) Diagnosis of existing system by Phil, the owner and 2) Removal of old / existing system and installation of new system led by Danny, the lead installer of the FOUR! (4) men on our job. 1). DIAGNOSIS of "Old" System My wife and I bought a townhouse in Greenville and I knew (per the inspection) that the old system was "shot". Consulted seller's realtor for an HVAC Company recommendation as well as Angies List, where I saw the reviews for Energy Sharks. Submitted online contact form and had a call by the owner Phil within the hour. Set up the appointment THE NEXT DAY to inspect existing system. I was not able to be onsite but Phil checked it out and then spent time to explain the issues with the current system, and educated me in PLAIN ENGLISH why the system he recommended, along with the addition of an additional return to help supply the necessary airflow, was what would be needed to provide the level of comfort which we desired. Price was competitive and definitely less than Realtor's referral, who didn't even mention the return / airflow problem. Bottom line, Phil did his job and gave me a quote that I thought was fair (and thousands less than the other quote)... 2). REMOVAL of old system and INSTALLATION of new system. The crew of FOUR (4) MEN arrived at 7:15am and immediately got to work. They put in drop cloths everywhere they would be working and went about their work in a steady manner. A HUGE shout out to Danny, the lead installer. ASK FOR HIM on your job! He kept me constantly apprised of what was going on, where there were some holes in the ceiling that pre-existed, where the new return could be and should be, etc. Can't tell you how competent the entire team was. Each of the men did their part and they worked very efficiently. Less than 4 hours later, they were done. Got a quick tutorial and they were on their way. Summary: Prompt service, fair pricing and excellent communication means I am pleased to refer them - without reservation. Great job Energy Sharks! A+"

Their energy consultant was on-time, professional and did an excellent job of listening to the problems we thought insulation could help us solve. In our case they felt there were 2 options that would work for us and he didn’t push the most expensive solution on us! In fact, he recommended the less expensive solution based on his findings! He promised the install team would be on time, courteous and thorough. They were all that and more! They made sure to cover everything before they got started and cleaned everything up when they finished. They actually had me walk with them inside and outside next to their truck to verify that I didn’t see anything else that needed to be picked up! And the best part of it all is that the work that was done has worked exactly as we hoped! Our house now reaches the temperature we want it to reach so much faster than before and stays there so much longer. And we’re saving a little more than we expected!
