Perez IrrigationNo problem with the job. I have a large yard and plenty of sprinklers to water it. They gave me a test run and I got drenched, they kept trying to get me to move out Of the way but I told them it is just water. It took three days but we had a heavy rain, otherwise I think it would have only taken two. So far so good. I am pleased with the work.- Valerie A.

Outdoor Makeover & Living SpacesI am the Treasurer of a homeowners association and this project was outstanding for more than a year trying to decide what to do with a strip of common property where the current landscaping was diseased and dying. This was the second project that I hired Outdoor Makeover and Construction for. They were very professional and do a wonderful job for a reasonable price. They were trustworthy and genuinely wanted to make sure that they did a good job and that we were happy with the completed project. This was rather a difficult project as it was for a homeowners association and they had to navigate through several opinions which in and of itself is no easy feat. Wilson Bros LandscapePerfect! The project manager, Donnie Brooks, and the various crews were extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and friendly. We saved for a long time to be able to do this major landscape project, and I can't say enough about how happy we are. The project had some demanding aspects to it, but Donnie and his crews were able to address them without any problems. Eric and Wanda, along with their crew, were very respectful of our property. They completed all tasks in a very timely manner and beyond our expectations. Premium LandscapingNoah Fitzgerald of Premium Landscaping is great to work with! My husband and I just built a home and was looking for someone that would actually "listen" to what we wanted. Even though we live on the coast, our home is located in a more country setting and we did not want the same ole "coastal living" look with palm trees etc. and were looking for a more serene look and low maintenance. Noah listened to our ideas and made recommendations that would work for us and the area we live in. He was prompt for every meeting and if he said he would be there working, he was. He even helped facilitate finding someone to design and install our fire pit as well. He goes out of his way to help his customers. Martin's Outdoor EnvironmentsJohn Martin and his crew from Martin's Outdoor Environments just completed their second major job at our home. Our satisfaction with the first job made us feel very comfortable with retaining John's company a second time and we were not disappointed. The first job was completed last summer and involved the installation of nine pallets of TifGrand Bermuda grass sod plus about 5,000 sq ft of hydroseeding. My wife and I were very pleased with both the skill and work ethic of John and his crew and the esthetics of the installation. So when we recently decided to expand the in-ground sprinkler system and address a drainage problem in the side yard, John and his crew were our top choice after talking to three other contractors. This second job also involved about 600 feet of trenching which was handled personally by John to insure that there was minimal disruption of the grass and existing sprinkler lines and utilities. While John's services are not cheap, I consider his prices very fair, especially considering John's care in planning and execution along with the skill and experience of his crew. Before John and his crew departed after completing the job, he confirmed that everything had been done to my satisfaction. I feel this was more that a pro-forma inquiry; John really wanted the job to be to my satisfaction or he would make it right. Consequently, I recommend John and Martin's Outdoor Environments without reservation.- Denis V.

Outdoor Solutions IncHe explained to me the slope of the yard and the water problem and came up with a plan to run pipes from my gutters underground to route the water into a dry stone creek bed attached to a large flower bed and lay the sidewalk beside the house. This happened at an extremely rainy part of the spring and the project took a while to complete for no fault of his, but in the end it looked amazing. I had neighbors stop me in the yard complementing it and several people asked me who did it and wanted the number. Another spectacular project complete!- Jackie H.

Owner of the business was very rude. Even called me, a resident of the subdivision who pays his fees, a jerk. Then blew grass all in my yard and left it. If it wasn’t for a contract the HOA signed with him he’d be FIRED.

Austin is one of the rare contractors that I have no hesitation referring to neighbors/friends when asked about irrigation work. He shows up for appointments on time and does the job within budget every time, which is one of the best complements I can give any contractor.

Excellent! They did the work much better than expected. They knew exactly what they were doing removing a tall pine. On some risky tree work removing dead limbs they did much more than I thought they could. I chose to give each crew member a tip and the two climber a tip and bonus.

Would never recommend trugreen to anyone. After hearing multiple people tell me not to go with them I did anyway only because they "guarantee" their work. After fighting for months to get a manager to come out I've finally had enough. I finally had someone who was filling in for a manager call me. Said he would come out to my house Friday 10/05. Finally I was starting to feel better considering every time I called for a manager they said they'd have one call me and never did. Well after Friday finally comes I never get a call or any paperwork saying he was out there. I call Monday 10/08 and ask about the situation they said they'd have someone call it's now 10/10 and have still heard nothing. My grass is completely ruined and dead on the side of my house. A technician that came out said there was never any notes on my account saying it needed extra attention. After I explained the condition the yard was in on that side he said they more than likely could have saved it with certain treatments. The "manager" I spoke to the other day said he sees notes where I've called multiple times looking for a manager. I'm not one to write bad reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous. They've done nothing to help me and my now ruined yard. They just want their money every few weeks. Definitely not a good company.

Stay away from this company. Hired them 7 years ago to replace a shingle roof with a metal roof. Had a few leaks that were due to what we thought were screws popping out. When a significant leak appeared in 2020, we contacted them to find out what the problem was and they came out to "fix" the issue. Owner stated that the roof was improperly installed but that he fixed the issue 100%. Two weeks later, had massive leaks in new places. Contacted several different roofing companies for estimates all of which stated they have NEVER seen such a botched job. Nothing was put between the metal and the plywood causing major moisture issues, screws were put in on top of old washers that cracked allowing water to come in, flashing was missing ALL OVER THE ROOF causing water to penetrate thru into the house. Screws were completely missing where they just left holes, screws were screwed in sideways at an angle allowing water through. The metal roofing was cut too short to where the water didn't even reach the gutters causing water to run down behind the gutter rotting the facia boards away and the strips to attach the metal to the plywood weren't even screwed into the rafters of the roof so they were completely loose. I tried to give them the opportunity to fix the problems and to consult with another roofer about the issues going on and he refused and said to take him to court. A judgment has been issued against him and have been told that they have done this to several people where we live. I would highly advise not hiring them for anything unless you want to have to pay for it to be redone again. I now have to replace my entire roof after 7 years when it should have lasted me at least 25 years! Apparently they aren't licensed as well even though homeadvisor states that they verify the proper licensing.
