I can speak to the service I have received from the staff as it has been flawless. I like that I receive an email and written copy of the personal treatment by the technician who treats my yard. It's not a lot of technical stuff, but a description that one would have in a conversation. Though I've never met him, it is reassuring to have a photo so that a homeowner could identify who is providing a service. I have had a couple of occasions to call the office, and each time the ladies were warm and helpful. It is a pleasure to work with people who are honest, dependable, knowledgeable and friendly.
