We engaged Outdoor Makeover to conduct a complete overhaul of our yard. We had a tremendous experience working with Charles and his crew led by Yovani who addressed drainage issues for our front walkway, install irrigation, sod, a stone paver patio, and various plants and shrubs to improve the look of our yard. The crew was professional, punctual, and communicative. They worked with us on a detailed design plan that addressed all of our wants and needs and were able to get the entire job completed in quick fashion once they got started. Overall we had a great experience and definitely recommend for any yard transformations.

These guys are as good as it gets. Extremely creative solutions for our small outdoor space, crew was so respectful of our property and SO FAST, communication was great throughout, quality was high, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had a great experience working with Outdoor Makeover on our landscaping project. Jon did an excellent job taking our ideas and turning them into a clear, thoughtful design that worked really well for our space. He was easy to work with and really understood what we were going for. Chuck managed the build from start to finish and kept everything on track. He was responsive, organized, and quick to address any issues that came up along the way. His crew was professional and respectful of our property throughout the process. The end result turned out even better than we expected. The quality of the work and attention to detail really show. We’re very happy with how everything came together and would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a landscaping project.

Outdoor Makeover installed lights on the outside of our house and by some trees in the front yard along with one large light on a tree behind the house. We always wanted to have this done and originally only wanted to get lights on the house. When Navid and David came out, they recommended to put lights in the trees as well as the house to make the yard and the house look much better. At first I wasn't sure it was worth it for the extra cost to install ights in the trees, however their recommendation was perfect . When the project was completed the owner Navid came out and wanted a few lights moved . At night the House and the yard looks amazing. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and timely installation

The Outdoor Makeover Team delivered our dream backyard space!! This is our second project with Navid and team and we can’t say enough good things about working with them. Great people, incredible craftsmanship and trustworthy. Throughout the entire project, Navid and his team were easy to communicate with, listened to our input and made themselves available whenever we needed them. From the first design meeting until the project was complete, every last detail was accounted for. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a landscape project!

The Outdoor Makeover Team created our dream backyard space. When we initially met with Navid for our consultation, all my husband and I told him is that we wanted a backyard space for our two young children to enjoy. Not only did Navid keep that in mind, he also incorporated beautiful a design that turned our barren backyard into a retreat that the whole family can utilize on a daily basis. Throughout the entire project, Navid and his team were easy to communicate with, worked around our schedule for meetings, and were extremely patient with our young children tagging along for meetings and walk throughs. They were also very detail oriented and their craftsmanship was spectacular. This spring, we will be using them again for a small project for our front yard.

The job went extremely well. This is the second time we have used Outdoor Makeover and we plan to use them again next year for another project. They have exciting visions and execute projects extremely well. We are extremely happy with our updated lighting, landscaping and seating wall!

This is our 2nd project with the outdoor team. Our first project was in October 2019 and we reached out to start our 2nd project in May 2020. Working in phases helped us to stay in budget and was a great decision for us. The Outdoor team had our phase 2 patio and covered pergola done by July 1. (Cost for phase 2 was $39,000) So about 6 weeks to complete our incredible project. My favorite thing about the Outdoor crew is that every one of their workers does high quality work. They truly treat your project as if they were working on their own yard. Although this is an outdoor space it feels like we gained more living square footage on our house. Functional, comfortable, and attractive, it was a great way to enhance our home’s value.

This is the second time we've worked with Navid and Outdoor Makeover, and once again we were thrilled with our choice! This latest project involved two retaining walls, a complete regrading of the backyard and added drainage, new walkways and trees. It was a total transformation that is both functional and beautiful, and we're so grateful to Navid and his team (especially Eddie and Sam) for taking such good care of it. They were responsive, respectful, and incredibly thorough. They also made sure our neighbor was completely happy because the retaining wall replacement involved removing and replacing some of her fence. While the quote might come in a bit higher than some other places, you absolutely get what you pay for in terms of the materials, quality of the work, and customer service. We can't recommend Navid and his team at Outdoor Makeover enough!

Navid and his crew at Outdoor Makeover just completed our big backyard landscaping project which involved moving a lot of dirt, taking out trees and replanting new ones and building multiple retaining walls. From the onset Navid provided great input on how to design our yard and gave realistic advise on how to save costs. Our yard turned out great and far surpassed our expectations.

Navid and his team were professional, extremely skilled at what they do, and provided a customer service experience that was worry-free and accommodating of our needs. Our deck was built in a matter of days and looks amazing! The yard takes no time at all to maintain and we keep receiving compliments from friends and neighbors on how great everything looks!

We wanted to remake an old screened-in porch into an open air pavilion. We also needed to upgrade an old deck and do some stonework. Outdoor Makeover listened to what we wanted, made many wonderful suggestions, and completed the project in a very reasonable time period. The crew was top notch--real artisans who were proud of their work and unstinting in their attention to detail. Navid was terrific. friendly, expert, and professional. As a result, we have an outdoor environment that is comfortable, useful, and extremely attractive. I have waited a year to make comments to see whether the improvements would hold together. They did! the work they did looks as good today as it did when completed. I would not hesitate to use them on any future project.

Navid and the team are AMAZING. They are professional, on time, thorough, detail orientated and great to work with. They take the time to work with you to see what will work with you and your budget and keep in good communication for the duration of the project. In addition, they are very efficient and get the job done quickly. This was our second project with the team and we greatly appreciate the work they have done the beauty they brought to our property. My backyard looks amazing, the crew is very dedicated and definitely worked very very hard. It is unbelievable that the work was actually completed in 2 days. The communication between Navid, his foreman and the crew was excellent. A minor issue was quickly corrected to my satisfaction. The price was reasonable (not cheap), but the money is well-worth it. My only criticism would be the time between hiring and beginning of the work. With that stated, we did hire Navid in the midst of the COVID pandemic, when most people were working on landscaping and property renovation. We would definitely hire the team for future projects. Great experience! We met with Navid for the initial consultation. He was very thorough and gave us ideas for the backyard we never considered. The consultation was well worth the cost, and because he helped in the design process, the finished product was much better than I initially expected. The initial design was a bit more expensive than we were willing to pay so Navid worked with us to get the design within our budget. We actually settled on a design a bit below our budget, and he advised us to budget an extra X% for unknowns that could happen while under construction. That was really helpful because as the project progressed, there were a few additions and changes that really helped make the finished product better than expected. Once the project began, Navid stayed connected and I saw him regularly. When the crews arrived without Navid, each of the different leads he assigned for demolition (Ivan), construction (Gerardo) , and the landscape (Giovanni), had intimate knowledge of the project which put me at ease. The design was clear to everyone on the project. Prior to wrapping up each day, someone made contact with me, asked if I had any questions, and let me know what was happening the next day. The project was mostly completed within a week which I thought was really quick for completely demolishing and rebuilding a back yard and porch. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed at the end. Navid continued to be very responsive and fixed everything quickly. He really saw the project through from start to finish, and even after completion. The only downside was they were so busy at the time of our project, we had to wait a while before everything got started. However, it was worth the wait.

After reading several outstanding reviews, we contacted Outdoor Makeover to seek help in transforming our wooded backyard into a landscape that we could use and enjoy. From the moment we contacted them (initially speaking with Tina), we realized and experienced their wonderful customer service – very friendly and client-centered. This was perhaps the most important quality we were seeking in working with a landscape company, and Outdoor Makeover excelled in this area from beginning to end. We had the wonderful pleasure to work closely with Brandon and Silvano and his team – absolutely fantastic! They listened to us and provided their guidance and expertise at every step of the process. Even following the completion of our work, we found the team to be available for follow-up questions and consultation. We experienced the professionalism and workmanship of Outdoor Makeover as second to none. We are extremely happy with the end result of our landscape project, and have had many friends and neighbors comment on our beautiful backyard. Excellent! Our backyard was an absolute mess from a storm causing a tree to fall down and overgrowth. My husband found Navid and from the moment he came over for a consultation to the very end of the project he showed complete professionalism. He took his time drafting up a design and once we approved it his team got on it right away. His team was always punctual and professional and got a complete backyard that was an absolute mess into a beautiful haven in less than a week! Once the project was complete, Navid came by and did a final consultation to make sure we were happy with the results. We would definitely recommend Navid and his team to anyone!

The team was truly exceptional!! Navid and the team did an outstanding job making my backyard my own oasis. I had several other contractors that were very nice come and provide designs as well as quotes for the work. I had even hired another contractor the day Navid arrived. I showed Navid the design and he asked very politely how I wanted to use my yard. I gave him my vision and he asked if he could provide an alternative to the design I shared. Unlike the other contractors, Navid went to his car and within 45 minutes he was back to share his design. He had totally redesigned the yard and I was blown away. I knew at that point I was going to hire his company. He provided a level of expertise and vision that none of the other contractors could do. I hired his company and they communicated every step of the process. Partially through the project Navid realized I was going to need a retaining way and he on the fly made changes to my design. He did not charge me anything more for the changes required and was always focused on exceeding my expectations.

From beginning to end, the project with Navid and this team was nothing but great. I had an old deck that was basically falling in and needed replacing. I initially met with Navid and we walked through the area and he sketched out the design for a new paver patio and backyard area. Leading up to actual project work, Tina was very quick to respond with questions around coordinating meetings and general questions about the project. One of the great things about the project was that Navid’s team was able to do everything - install pavers, relocate and rewire my hottub, install new lighting and add a new electrical outlet - a true one-stop shop. The team was extremely friendly and helped move large items out of way and answered questions as the project progressed. I would 100% recommend Navid and his team for any outdoor makeover project at your property. The experience was easy, there was great communication and the full service of taking care of everything was very nice. Thanks for everything, and I look forward to working with you again.

This is my second time to use Navid and Outdoor Makeover. He had a clear vision of what I needed done. We had a dry ditch of river rock put in to control water drainage. It looks beautiful and is an excellent remedy for the immense water shed in the yard. I had plants transplanted, old brush cleared out, new plants put in, mulch and pine straw put in, and existing irrigation made to fit the new configuration. Accent lighting was added in strategic places that Navid is so good at selecting to give my yard such a professional polished appearance. Definitely a truly valuable investment. You can't go wrong with Outdoor Makeover.

Navid and his crews came in and knocked out this project in less time that originally intended. The entire backyard looks completely transformed and is sure to add value to our home. Truly a professional and beautiful job that was well worth the cost.

Very nicely. The time to do it got bumped up by a couple of weeks, but they did a better job than anticipated, and cleaned up afterwards beautifully.
