"Romero completed two tasks for our home. The awning looks fantastic. He’s detailed oriented and gets the job done timely. We requested an addition of stairs to our deck and a privacy side underneath with square lattice. It looks great, we will be calling for the stain once it’s settled. Yes, it matters which side of drywall you use. One side is smooth, and the other is rough. The smooth side should be facing outward, toward the room, while the rough side should be hidden and facing the studs and framing of the house. Yes, it is possible to rewire a house without removing the drywall, but this doesn’t work in all homes.
