We also have 15 plus years of experience in our trades we can handle badly damaged floors to I just need and update from commercial to residential we can do hardwood, vinyl, laminate and ceramic etc if you have a flooring need we can fill it.
"please beware of this company. I hired them to lay LVP flooring in my kitchen and laundry room and stain and polyurethane about 850 ft.² of wood flooring in my rental property in Macon Ga. We agreed on a price for both projects and they began work the following weekend. The kitchen and laundry room flooring had been completed And they began to stain the wood flooring. The following weekend I came to inspect the work and to pay them for the completed portion. the kitchen and laundry room look decent, but the stain on the wood floors look like crap. There were several areas where the stain had dried before they wiped it off. I pointed these areas out to Matt and stated that those areas needed to be addressed before they laid the polyurethane. Matt stated that he would take care of it. A week later, I text Matt to ask if the troubled area had been addressed he stated that they had been over there, trying to lighten them up and still working on them. I went to look at the flooring the next day and they used paint thinner to try to lighten the spot on the floor, but they still look like crap. a week after that I text Matt to ask him about the progress on the flooring and he never responded. That was about two weeks ago and I still have not heard back from him and he did not complete job. I had to resand all of the areas that had excessive stain so I could restain them. This company has very Poor Business practices, so please do yourself a favor and not hire them to do any work in your home."

Construction company focusing on high quality renovations but we do all work no job is to big or small
"Well I contacted Rob about a house I was looking to buy and renovate. He met with me, was super nice, took down everything I wanted to do, etc. I then paid him $150 for a proposal. That’s where the problems started. Although he set the deadline himself, I kept hearing ‘tomorrow, tomorrow’ when I would ask for an update. Finally got it back. It was a pretty vague list of things and rough prices attached (ex. just “floors - $X” - not “hardwood in middle bedroom,” “tile in the kitchen,” and so on) and a shoddy drawing of a layout with hardly any detail and certainly not drawn to scale. Maybe my expectations were off there. But I want a little more than that before I go take out a loan and hire you to do a $100K job, amirite? But whatever, whatever - put that aside. It comes down to when I’m going to have to make a decision, need to get him approved by my bank... POOF. GONE. Radio silence. Won’t answer calls. Won’t answer texts. Won’t answer emails. I said he could just let me know if he didn’t want to take this on, etc. Just nothing. Strange way to run a business. Especially when the job you want people to hire you for is usually time sensitive and requires excellent communication. Honestly, I hope he’s okay and if I hear otherwise, I’ll consider removing this. But without more information, I wanted to give an honest review and give folks a heads up that this could happen again."

Custom cabinets are worth the investment to transform the look of your kitchen with a design, color scheme, and aesthetic that’s unique to your home. If you’re looking for cabinets that reflect your personality but are more cost-effective, semi-custom cabinets are a great alternative that allows you to showcase your style, but with pre-made cabinets instead of fully custom. Custom cabinets also provide a 70 to 80 percent return on investment, making them a worthwhile purchase.
There are a few key differences between custom and semi-custom cabinets. While custom cabinets offer complete customization, semi-custom cabinets are less personalized, offering fewer paint color, finish, and hardware choices. In addition, custom cabinets typically take longer to install due to the build time, whereas semi-custom cabinets are prefabricated and therefore faster to install.
If you're looking for ways to save money on custom cabinets, there are a few ways to cut costs without sacrificing beauty. For starters, comparing door styles to choose the most cost-effective option is a great way to save money on the overall project.
In addition, choosing a common wood species versus an exotic one will lower the price. Woods like oak and hickory are often more affordable wood choices, and the same goes for knobs, pulls, and other finishes where picking a commonly available style can reduce costs.
Custom cabinets cost between $500 and $1,200 per linear foot on average to install. Factors like materials, size, and type of cabinet doors you choose significantly affect the overall cost.
For example, a basic slab cabinet door can cost $60 to $70 for materials alone. As its name suggests, this material is a piece of wood with no unique features. However, a mullioned glass inset panel door, which features a designed glass panel, ranges from $100 to $200 for materials per cabinet door.
Like most special-order items, custom cabinets have several pros and cons to consider when buying new cabinets. Custom cabinets are typically more expensive than prefabricated cabinet options, but the work often reflects the quality. Custom cabinets tend to last 20 or more years, but the time it takes to install them is typically longer than other cabinets—roughly 6 to 8 weeks on average from the time of ordering. However, a major benefit is the ability to personalize every aspect of your cabinetry, from cabinet hardware to custom paint colors.
