I was real happy with them and they delivered everything. I couldn't believe the service that they provide at the cost that they do. They are cheap and the stuff wasn't bad. It holds up great and is sturdy. They put it where I wanted it. They had good things to chose from and they had a good staff in their store. They could tell me about it. Everything went as smooth as silk with them. I go there a lot now. The prices are great and everything is perfect. I did not have one problem with them. I will go to them first if I need anything. They do have a lot of services.

Not a complaint

I tore out the kitchen when I moved, and put new walls, and ceiling, and Ikea helped me with the appliances and cabinets. My experience with them was good. I got what I paid for. Ikea is a provider of good value products for the money. It is not top of the line products. You get what you paid for, and I like what I got. Everybody who sees it says they like my kitchen, so that is nice. I have bought other pieces of furniture from them, and I will in the future as well.

They are great. Their cabinets are great. They are very helpful. They will take your cabinets and they punch everything in the computer to order it for you. They are very familiar with their cabinets. The salesman that sells from their store, cabinets is all he does. They are very specialized as far as their assistance. When we got the cabinets, they didn't leave out anything. They are very thorough. They delivered the cabinets within 4 days. Their quality is absolutely superior to what you get from other companies. They have better quality. Their cabinets are 50% thicker than other companies. They got a 20 year warranty.

They were great and the work they did was fantastic. The cabinets they installed were great. I worked with two different companies through them and both of them did a great job. The kitchen designer I used did a beautiful design for me and I was really happy.

NOTE: $249 was the cost of the design service. The designer (Mark Pachan) did a really great job and we are very happy with the end result. Our kitchen is fairly large - the cabinetry from Ikea ran approximately $10,000, not including countertops. Installation was additional.

We are very pleased with the quality of our IKEA kitchen purchases. We did have some issues with delivery of several items but IKEA after sales staff were very helpful at getting these issues resolved. IKEA is also very good about returns on items that are not needed. They have a 90 day return policy and after that time, you are still able to get a store credit.

The experience was fine and I would go to them again.

You can design your own kitchen with them, which is really helpful. I would recommend people to go there because you can save money like the labor cost. The first person I met there was very good, but it may not be as good every time. We bought this house when we moved from Oklahoma to Georgia. It’s a brand new house. The initial person who put in the air conditioning system didn’t put it in right. The guy who was doing the work pulled out all the cabinets too. We purchased the cabinets. A plumber came out to install the dishwasher and the sink. He was really excellent and fantastic. We used the garbage disposal we had. Other than that, I went ahead and did the rest of it like the doors, lighting and everything else. You get a little DVD that shows you how to do it. IKEA does offer service for doing the remodeling job if you want it. I spent about $6000 for the materials that I bought. I didn’t have any problems with the quality. It was a busy time when I contacted them. I worked with 3 different people at the store. There were two who were great and one was really bad. I reported to the manager. I needed one extra part shipped to me, but the lady said that she couldn’t do it using the register and I asked her to do it over the phone. She said that it would take her about 30 minutes to go and get it, but by then it would be closed. They only had two of the parts in stock in the store. So that was bad. Everybody else was great except for that one lady.

Need cool furniture to furnish your hippie hangout? Looking for stuff that not only looks good, but is also cheap and sturdy? Well, look no further! IKEA is a *gigantic* store filled to the brim with inexpensive, modern-style furniture. We ended up buying a bookcase which is a very nice wood laminate (not the cheapo kind recognizable from 50 yards that starts peeling after a few days). Can't be beat for the price. The only downside is that you have to put the furniture together yourself. That's kind of a pain.
