"Itâ s never a good thing to have a plumbing issue, especially when it happens on the weekend! One call to After Hours Plumbing was all it took. They quoted me a very reasonable rate (hundreds of dollars less than anywhere else I called), were very professional and prompt, and did an excellent job. "We are a commercial business. I needed a plumber. Remedy answered the call. The company kept me informed regarding their scheduled show up time. Chris, the plumber, was up front with the recommended repair and the cost to fix. He was very professional!!! They gave me three options and provided a cost estimate for each option. Well, guess what! Chris figured out the problem with the automatic flusher was related to bad batteries. Guess what they charged me to troubleshoot and fix the problem. NOTHING!!! $0.00!!! Who does that? In these times, it's refreshing to see a service company like Remedy Plumbing be the honest contractor!!! My faith in these guys, Chris and his supervisor, Eric, is off the charts!!!
