"Everything on this small job went seamlessly, and the plumber that they sent out, Carlo, was knowledgeable, extremely easy going, and made my experience wonderful. Hiring a plumber is not cheap. To me, however I feel that ongoing preventative maintenance is crucial."

"We are a commercial business. I needed a plumber. Remedy answered the call. The company kept me informed regarding their scheduled show up time. Chris, the plumber, was up front with the recommended repair and the cost to fix. He was very professional!!! They gave me three options and provided a cost estimate for each option. Well, guess what! Chris figured out the problem with the automatic flusher was related to bad batteries. Guess what they charged me to troubleshoot and fix the problem. NOTHING!!! $0.00!!! Who does that? In these times, it's refreshing to see a service company like Remedy Plumbing be the honest contractor!!! My faith in these guys, Chris and his supervisor, Eric, is off the charts!!! Remedy Plumbing, Chris the Plumber and Eric the Boss, I thank you!!! I will definitely call you when we have another plumbing issue!!! Scotty"

"We initially went with a “cheaper” service and it was just that, cheap! AquaGuard came in and turned the encapsulation around into a working sealed crawl space. Shawn Haley was the rep who came out and explained our needs & quoted the job; he worked to get us the best price possible, and we were truly grateful for that. Kurt, Joseph, & Matt did the actual encapsulation and were here on time, very respectful, and explained the process, completing the job. The whole process with AquaGuard was great & we’ve already recommended them to others! We would say, go to the experts first and let them do the job!"
