I don't think less than 5 mins is enough to run a full diagnostic and later on advise to upgrade the whole panel."

"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"

"I contacted Mr. Franklin for what I thought was regular maintenance. I had never had the septic pumped before and was unsure where the tank was located as there were no visible indication of the piping. Mr. Franklin poked around but could not locate the piping so he contacted the County Health Department and obtained a copy of the blue print outlining the location of the septic tank. Turns out the line was inactive and the tank did not need to be pumped. After all the trouble Mr. Franklin went through between the drive out here, the hour he spent poking around trying to find the septic tank and waiting for the county to call back, he refused to accept any money from me. He would not even accept a trip charge. In a world were honesty just doesn't seem to exist anymore, it is so good to know that there are still trustworthy businesses out there! "We signed with Premier home pros on May 14, 2025, for what was promised to be a 2-3 day, shower remodel. Instead, it turned into an 8 week ordeal with repeated return trips, broken promises, and mounting frustration. Nothing went right. Only after contacting the corporate office, did the local franchise agree to provide the promised pivot door at no cost. The installed shower pan was not level and flexed under foot. They had to cut out the initial shower pan and replace it with a new shower pan. The window kit had to be installed numerous times before they were able to accomplish its installation in a way that looked professional. Even their own, Field Manager could not believe the poor job that was initially done. It ended up being the most painful experience of dealing with a company in my 73 years of life. If you hire them, you best get everything in writing because their word means nothing."
