  STOP AND READ THIS REVIEW. Do not purchase from Stoneside Blinds & Shades, really anywhere, but especially in Atlanta. They are completely smoke and mirrors, and have dropped the ball every step of the way. Here is a list of the issues: - Lied about when the product would be available - Lied about when the installation date would be - Rescheduled the installation date after it was already late - When an installer finally showed up, he found that he didn't have all the parts This is completely bait and switch, and you won't get your products. Customer service doesn't care, they think the customer experience should be the first thing to go. They don't have enough staff, don't know how to manage orders, it's all around just not good business. I would not recommend buying from them and am pursing further action to get a refund and file complains with the BBBshow more

  From the first day my wife and I met with Sean, the North Georgia rep, it was a great experience all through the process. After doing some homework, NG Window Replacement received very good grades from the very large majority of customers that did business with them. After doing some research on the windows they recommended, they too had great reviews. After making some changes on the number of windows we wanted replaced we agreed on a price which my wife and I thought was fair. It took about 6-7 weeks to manufacture the windows, just as promised. When the windows were about three weeks from arriving we got a call from NG setting up an install date. They said it would take 2-3 days to complete the project. About a week out they confirmed once again. On June 8th they showed up on time with all the windows and a team of five installers. All were very professional, friendly and as it turned out very good at what they do. They took down all the blinds before the install and re-installed all the blinds after the windows were in. All the windows went in with no issues and the teamwork was extraordinary. They all had jobs to do and they went about their business getting it done. After actually installing the windows, their attention to the cladding, caulking and clean-up was above expectations. They were meticulous in everything they did. I would highly recommend NG Window Replacement. The people and their product are outstanding. Thank You NG Windows, you made this major project go seamlessly with no problemsshow more

  The whole process of dealing with J Ross Creations was a very positive experience. Our house already had some plantation shutters and we wanted to match those. Justin and Nova were very good about communicating, always quick to respond to any questions and keeping us up-to-date with the production facility's progress. The new shutters are beautiful and they match perfectly. Some of my windows were a challenge due to not being perfectly straight, and Justin did a remarkable job of fitting them. He is a perfectionist and really takes the extra time to to an excellent job. I highly recommend J Ross Creations and will be using them again for some other rooms in my houseshow more

  This is the greatest team they have became part of our family !! Everyone that came to work on our project were nice and kept us informed of what was going on.we had 3 bedrooms built and a full bath. We have two autistic children , when there was going to be loud noises they would let us know so we could explain it to the children.i am almost sorry the project is over because we will miss these great hard working people.   I highly recommend Status by Aimee LLC for any home renovation project. Other home improvement sources informed us the project would take around 60 days so I expected the project to go much more on par with that kind of timeline; however, this job moved SUPER quickly and efficiently. From start to wrap, the entire project took fewer than 3 full weeks! I’ve shared pictures of our kitchen all over social media and everyone who sees my posts is in awe of the style, appearance, and speed. In all, this remodel required drywall demolition and reconstruction, electrical/lighting, plumbing, flooring, paint, cabinet installation, and tile work. That’s a ton of work to get done in a total of 14 working days! I don’t have a picture of the 100% completed job on my phone so I have included one from the day before completion.   The entire project was a screaming success! Amy was wonderful to work with on all aspects of the design - everything from the initial consultation to the final touches. She was very consultative while giving us freedom to make decisions we felt strongly about and the finished product is something we will enjoy with our family for decades to come. Jesse and the demo/construction crews were fabulous as well - always punctual, always polite, kept the job site clean and were very accommodating of our crazy life with two work-from-home adults, two toddlers and all the chaos that creates with a kitchen remodel going on. They responded quickly to concerns, even after the job was technically complete, handled the inevitable hiccups with professionalism and concern to get the job done right. While I do think the price may have been a bit on the high side, the outcome was worth every pennyshow more

  Aimee and Jesse were so understanding and knew exactly where I was coming from. They gave me cost for new plumbing and then provided several levels of options on design in order to fit my budget. They were always prompt for all appointment and quick to respond to all forms of communication; phone, text and email, from the start; from start of deciding which design option (as all new plumbing was a given on all 3 bathrooms) to the final walk through of completion of the project. We spent an afternoon going through each bathroom, me providing what I would like and Aimee giving me ideas of what would look up to date and go well with the rest of my home, while Jesse provided what we could do and what structurally wasn't an option. We settled on adding a fiberglass shower to my 1/2 bath downstairs with glass doors. This is so convenient for friends and family coming in from the pool to shower and dress to go to another engagement. All new fixtures, lighting, tile floor, vanity with granite top using the oil rubbed bronze finish. The guest bathroom we decided to keep the 45 year old tub and have it re-glazed, new title walls (as new plumbing went in beforehand) with nook for shampoo, conditioner, etc., matching tile floor with new fixtures, lighting, vanity with granite top also using the oil rubbed bronze finish. Lastly, my bathroom; the master. The old bathroom did not look like a master bath as it was really no different than the guest bath except it had a bigger vanity and mirror. A stand up tile shower with bench and nook for shampoo, conditioner, etc., custom glass doors, garden tub encased with matching tile with space at each end to sit, have plants, candles, etc. corner (or "L" shape), this allows for a lot of real estate for my stuff! The vanity will have double sinks, granite tops and corner mirrors, matching tile floors, new double lighting, exhaust fan, double outlets using the oil rubbed bronze finish in the glass door frames, lights and fixtures. Once these options were chosen, Aimee and Jesse returned with 5 or 6 samples of tile, granite for vanity tops, vanity cabinets and colors,, grout colors. As we sat at the dining room table I could not believe we had to pick one of each for my 3 bathrooms and when Aimee pulled out a tray of seemed like 50 grout colors, I was in shock! lol Aimee made it so easy putting items together that I had made my selections and we were done in less than an hour! I could not believe it, what I thought was going to take all afternoon took no time. Jesse set out the plans, timeline and start date. They started with the powder and guest baths first leaving one functional bathroom, in the master, to use. The crews were all very friendly, polite and respectful of being in my home. Aimee and Jesse updated me daily and at the end of every wee I was proved the weekly agenda for the coming week. Aimee and Jesse came every week as we shared stories about our kids and met several the crews boys along with Jesse's over summer break as they would come and work for a day or two. Of course, being vacation time we shared our vacation plans and adventures during those vacations. As the two baths were completed and we moved onto my bath in the master bedroom, being the biggest job of the 3; it was scheduled to take almost as many weeks as the 2 smaller baths. As this project comes to an end, I find myself feeling as if I am saying good bye to 2 people I have very close to and of course we laugh, tell jokes and gang up on Jesse; girls against the guy! Sharing what's going on in our families, everything good friends do on a regular basis. Though we have agreed to stay in touch I am starting plans on the rest of my home and hope to have that project underway by end of summer, as some items will require work outside. I would recommend Aimee and Jesse's company to my family and anyone else that can go away and feel you have extra security in your home and they seem to have a surprise in their work for you upon your return; i.e. something is completed ahead of schedule.
