Stoneside Blinds & Shades-Atlanta

STOP AND READ THIS REVIEW. Do not purchase from Stoneside Blinds & Shades, really anywhere, but especially in Atlanta. They are completely smoke and mirrors, and have dropped the ball every step of the way. Here is a list of the issues: - Lied about when the product would be available - Lied about when the installation date would be - Rescheduled the installation date after it was already late - When an installer finally showed up, he found that he didn't have all the parts This is completely bait and switch, and you won't get your products. Customer service doesn't care, they think the customer experience should be the first thing to go. They don't have enough staff, don't know how to manage orders, it's all around just not good business. I would not recommend buying from them and am pursing further action to get a refund and file complains with the BBB.

A 5 Star rating is well deserved,...Stoneside Blinds & Shades recently installed custom wood blinds and shades in my home, totaling 22 windows. The process was seamless my representative and salesperson was Julia Toole. She was very knowledgeable about the products, never gave me the impression that she was trying to up sale. She took her time and went through my home. Observed the lay-out and color of my walls and decor,..and gave me no pressure recommendations. She render me discounts by asking me was I a veteran and seriously Thank me for my Military Service. I had a little set back,.. my wife recently passed and Julia was compassionate, sensitive and very genuine to my needs as it pertain to ensuring that I received the blinds and shades I wanted. She never pressured me. My wood blinds and shades were installed professionally by Vuong and the old blinds and trash was cleaned up and removed from my home. The blinds and shades are beautiful and well worth the time and effort. Again Julia and Vuong treated my home and me with 1st class service. Thank you Julia and Vuong, Thank you so very much

We were very happy with the product. Everything went well. When the designer came and did the original measurements and supplied it to the company, but we had to buy more, even though they made the mistake. In the end, it all turned out all right. The designer was very apologetic.

I do not recall the consultants name but she was very professional, was on time and showed me all my options. They even went out of her way to tell me where to find a coupon to help save money! We had a deadline for when we needed the work completed as we were having an event at the church and they kept me informed throughout the process and were done on time. We received quite a few compliments from the other ministers on our new blinds!

They were great.

This was the first time I have done window treatments so I did not have any frame of how much the article should have cost, but I thought the quote was a little expensive. However, that could very well be the going rate. They came out and basically brought the product to me within books containing different fabrics so what stood out was the fact that it was in-home shopping. Their responsiveness was really good.

This is a GREAT company! I ordered our first set of wooden blinds in December 2013 and reordered the rest in the Spring of 2014. There were some design issues that they corrected without any problems. I highly recommend Stoneside!

I am a member of Angie's List and used the website to find Stoneside Blinds and Shades. They were contacted via the web and immediately responded to my request via phone and email. Stoneside also scheduled our appointment earlier than the other companies I'd contacted. The sales agent was friendly, responsive and offered and quot;valuableand quot; and and quot;affordableand quot; solutions. My budget was for 2 and quot;VERY LARGEand quot; windows. The Stoneside agent, offered beautiful options that turned the money I'd budgeted into also including blinds for another room.

Their installer was prompt, polite, and provided great technical service and advice.

When I phoned Stoneside's office, the Customer Service person was pleasant and informative...she knew about my order and was very helpful.

I will order from Stoneside Blinds and Shades again (real soon)....and HIGHLY RECOMMEND their products and services.

BTW: This order was placed the week before Christmas...and was installed on Jan 3rd.

Stone Side Blinds and Shades LLC the window treatment is not working properly.  They sent somebody out to try to fix it and that didn't work so now they are saying that they will send somebody else out but it hasn't happened yet.  It's because it has an automatic clutch, it has an automatic clutch to automatically raise the silver shades automatically raise that up.  The mechanism doesn't work properly.  It's a design problem, not a problem with them.  They seem to be very efficient, very responsive.

The installer arrived on time, removed the existing blinds and installed the new blinds. He worked very fast and did a nice job installing the new blinds. They look great on our windows.
