"We hired Cornel to repair our refrigerator in September of 2024. Cornel replaced the Inlet Valve due to the line freezing and no water dispensing. After that we were advised that the gasket needed to be replaced on the refrigerator door. Cornel installed two different times due to the seal not working. When we complained that the second gasket was still not sealing his father Nathaniel asked us to give it time. This has possibly caused the heavy condensation in our refrigerator. It is now July 2025 and the seal still is not right. We lodged a complaint through Anji for the problem to be fixed but Anji and I as of this date have not received a response from Lenanix Repair.
