"Sales was excellent, but that’s where it ended. Was told someone would come out for accurate measurements to send to manufacturer. No one ever called. Soon i was charged for the doors to be made but never had official measurements taken and it was like pulling teeth for someone to provide me proof that measurements were taken when no one was home. I was told it happened on 10/31 but I was out of state. So must have broken into my property to do it then? Skip ahead two months, one door shows up to be installed but can’t as it doesn’t fit. Shocking. Three months later all doors arrive for install. First time I touch it the screen falls off my patio door. On the other door the hardware isn’t what I ordered to begin with and there is a dent in the steel paneling. So one of three doors is working out for me. In total, it’s been six months since i signed on the contract and i haven’t so much as received a “hey, we’re sorry this has been awful and we really appreciate your $15,000. How can we make it right?” Instead I have to inquire DAILY with someone from installation scheduling (since this is the only contact I have aside from sales) about when and how management is going to fix it. I went with Champion as for the warranty and quality of work. Never again"

"Fraud/scam alert! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this guy (William ‘Randy’ Boyd) and possibly his stepson (William ‘Dennis’ Wade). He might be in on the scam too. And whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!!!!!!! Randy asked for a deposit and because I trusted them, I went ahead with it, but now, all I have to show for it are three doors (splattered with mud or manure) sitting in my basement. Randy kept giving me excuses as to why my job had not been started.... tools stolen, other job not done yet, etc. I got tired of waiting and hired someone else. Now, Randy owes me $4,658.78 and refuses to give it back. I type this hoping to save others grief. Dennis is the one who referred Randy, and I trusted his referral. BIG MISTAKE! Seriously, stay away from these guys."
