When I called I was able to get an appointment with a day and a half. The repair person called ahead and showed up on time. He immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem He also lubricated all three garage doors. The repairman showed me what to do the next time this failure happened so I would not need another service call for this issue. He was very friendly and quite competent. The company that actually showed up was Nofzinger Doors which had merged with Expert. The side of the truck had both names but the check was made out to Nofzinger.

Expert Garage Doors was the first listing after the ads, so I called them. Friendly guy answered the phone and told me they could get to my house within an hour or two.
Andrew called within an hour to give me a heads up that he was on his way. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 15 minutes, including my attempt at fixing the springs. When he showed me the result, it looked good.
I am thinking about selling my house, so I asked him about some minor, aesthetic issues with the door, and he said that they looked like a regular garage door -- not worth the expense to fix.
This job could not have gone better. Thank you!

Garage door would not stay closed.Called Expert Garage Door (who we've used before) & left an after hours message. Robert from Expert Garage Door called me in the morning & said that they could be out today between noon & 2pm. He called back again letting me know that they had a service tech that could be here in about 20 minutes. Andrew (the tech) arrived around 10am & had the broken relay wire fixed & the opener adjusted in about 30 minutes.With this kind of service ,I can see us using them in the future.

Called to see how soon someone could come out to look at my garage door since it broke 1/2 way down. They took my information to check to see how soon someone could come out to look, and said they would call me back. They called back within 5 - 10 minutes to say that a service person was on their way. The fix was performed very quickly with replacement of two of the rollers that had broken, and he identified a 3rd one that needed replacement. Very much appreciated the professionalism of everyone. I would highly recommend this company for garage door work.

The garage doors and tracks were already installed but they installed the openers. Everyone I dealt with were WONDERFUL -- offered a few very clear options for different concerns I had (noise, belt vs. chain tracks, etc). The installer came out and was able to work with the fact we had to use extension cords to test the openers (we didn't have full power yet) and thoroughly explained how to use the myQ, etc. Great professionalism all around.

They were great. They came out the next day after I'd called them. They went above and beyond in that whole fixing and remounting the garage door opener. What stood out about them was their promptness and their customer service. He also explained a lot of things, what kind of motor I would want to look for in the future in case it broke again. He talked about the lifespan and everything.
