The contractor was late starting because he was working on  another project. When he finally came he was very efficient and professional. The work was accomplish in two day and to my satisfaction.

I went to Home Depot at the Sydney Marcus location on 3/20 and set up the appointment for them to come out the very next day - 3/21 so I was impressed with how quickly they could come out. I'm writing the review under this location because it is the address that is on the card of the sales person - Robert Faulk. Ultimately he came out and was on time. I explained that I didn't know if I needed a new roof or not but was concerned because it is an older roof and it has moss growing on part of it. Robert refused to expect the roof saying that there was no need as we definitely need a new roof because of the moss. During the "sales pitch" he started talking about the quality of work etc which I was fine with - however I wasn't impressed by him talking about another company we used to put in our windows some time ago and how bad they were and how they were fined and how our windows probably are bad etc. He spent quite a bit of time discussing how we probably made a bad decision with putting in windows from that company. It was a bit tacky. He gave the quote which was a bit high compared to other quotes. In addition he wouldn't quote the detached garage stating it would be too much. The reason I decided to write a review and be negative in my comments is that I had another trusted company come out and do an estimate that I found on Angie's list. Not only do we not need a roof immediately as Robert indicated - but we won't need one for 3-5 years. The other company then gave suggestions on how to get rid of the moss that were easy, cost effective and something I could do on my own. Long story short - get Home Depot to give you a quote for a high reference and worst case scenerio of pricing. But then do your research and call one of the other companies listed with good reviews on here.

Excelent. the siding was installed according with Manufacture specifications and the same with Windows with new Windows is amazing how the inside temperature was reduced in the past you can fell the heat inside and now when you touch the windows inside felles cool

The job went very well. The wood stock is really good in the store. I got their sub contractor to install it and I am happy with it. It's a reasonable price and a good installation. They gave us fast service and everything happened like they said it would happen. I went to another company and when I came to Home Depot I thought their prices were good.

I liked the windows, and I was looking for another kind of window and that I why I am still looking around. They were professional and measured all the windows.

WE WANTED THEM TO DO THE DOORS, HOWEVER FOUND OUT THAT DOORS THEY SOLD US WERE JUST OKAY, AND CANCELED THAT PART OF THE CONTRACT.

They have really nice sales people. They are a very big company so they are not very personal but they do take care of their customers. They really showed me the ins and out of my appliance.

They were really good and I didn t have any problem with them at all. They were here and gone and they had it done very fast. This company makes sure that the customer is always happy with the service they provided.

We had several problems. It took me six months to have them route the edges around the granite for me because they were chipping. This was the first time that I called them with a problem. The second time the countertop cracked and the subs were not reliable. They finally came back and fixed it. I was more upset with the sub contractors than Home Depot itself.

The sales rep, Clarence, was on time and very knowledgeable. He was thorough with the explanations and costs. The crew was unable to replace the roof on the initial day, due to weather, but came on the next available day. Clean up was flawless. Roof was replaced (with tear-off) in one day.

Estimator was very professional. Work was completed on time and with accuracy. Windows are of excellent quality. Not the cheapest option, but very high quality. Definitely worth the extra money! (Will be getting more when we can afford it!)
