Shower Doors by TJ was started in March of 2002 in order to make available Super Discount Pricing for custom shower enclosures to the general public We have grown steadily over the years to become one of Metro Atlanta's premiere shower enclosure companies specializing in Heavy Glass Frameless Our installers have 27+ years of experience and training. Greg, the manager, finally received the hinge and set up the replacement for a Saturday morning. He said he would contact me the morning of and be there himself to do the work. He didn't contact me and he sent two other guys to replace the hinge. As they replaced the hinge, they damaged the tile around the hing and acknowledged that it was their fault. I spoke with Greg on the phone and he assured me that they would take care of the damage and that he or the owner would call me on Monday or Tuesday. Four days have gone by and they don't answer their phone or respond to emails. Previously when I told TJ he was going to force us to take him to court he said, "Sole proprietor...I live in FL so go for it...." Now I have to file a claim in Charlotte County, FL. Don't just stay away, but run away from this company.

"Every day I get to talk and meet with some of the most wonderful people. Every day the people that work for me strive to install the most beautiful shower doors and give the our customers the absolute best in customer service. We together , for over 18 years love what we do and strive for perfection in our product and our selves. Though very rare, mistakes can happen. Such was the case with this customer. We miss drilled two small 1/8” holes in the soffit and curb wrong when we mounted the door on the wrong side. We stopped ,explained the error to the customer and corrected the mistake. We gave the customer an 8% additional discount and insisted on paying For a tile installer to repair the two small tiles with the unwanted holes. Unfortunately our customer became extremely belligerent , shouting at the installers and demanding a 50% discount or he would not pay at all. After several phone calls from our Operations Manager and myself, we calmed him down and left with our payment, less the 8% discount. He wanted in writing that we would pay to get the two tiles replaced, I agreed And sent him an email to that effect. Then he wanted my signature on the email, Which I sent him, promptly. He had a beautiful working shower….less the repair to his tile which did not effect The new system. The next day he called to let us know one of the hinges had a scratch On it. Of course we said we would replace the hinge as soon as our latest order came in From our supplier. He went on a vacation, and when he returned I had asked for a valid Invoice for the tile work so I could pay him. To this date he has not sent a valid invoice, nor have we gotten our hardware shipment to replace the hinge (covid-19 delays) So that is where we stand…no valid invoice and no payment We at shower doors by TJ stand by our commitment to fix this problem despite lies written by this customer. We cannot say enough positive things about our experiences with Shower Doors by TJ. It was 8 yrs ago we purchased a glass enclosure & door for our shower. From the first time connecting with TJ who explained the process and timeline, he gained my trust and rightfully so. Installation completed on time and as planned. We absolutely LOVE our glass shower door and enclosure. The Team was so friendly and courteous and they were sincerely happy and excited for us. They knew we’d love it and they were spot on. 3 days ago we noticed the top of the glass door was rubbing against the panel. Late that evening I emailed Shower Doors by TJ and the next morning received a call by Greg who promptly stopped by our house the next day. We required a new hinge and Greg & TJ ensured the fix was taken care of promptly. Greg is top notch and it was very clear from the beginning all would be fixed without any worries. The Lifetime Warranty is just that. There was never a waiver or question regarding the needed fix. This company and it’s Team really stand out in the crowd with their professionalism and great service. I had an old shower door hinge break, and called Shower Doors by TJ to see if they could repair or replace it. 5 days later Alvin came to measure the opening, and 2 weeks later the install crew with Wendell and D.J. came with a new door and did a perfect install. I would recommend Shower Doors by TJ to anyone. The initial call to TJ was very detailed, helpful, and answered all of my questions.

We built our “forever” home last year. I bought a beautiful glass door from HD for the MBR. I couldn’t find *anyone* in metro Atlanta to install it. The folks at Glass Doors by TJ explained that these doors from the big box stores were manufactured based on standard measurements and didn’t account for gaps, etc that existed in showers like ours. We didn’t have anything fancy but one of our contractors made the shower pan & tiled it. It looked nice & I wanted to make certain that the finished job was leak proof. Then I was told about their free lifetime warranty on their doors and the glass protector. The installers, Wendell & Alvin, did a great job, as you can see from the photos. They were very pleasant, easy to talk to and gave me some great tips on taking care of our new door. This really was a great experience! They did a super job!!

The installers were great, but the office coordinator was terrible. First, she wrote down the wrong time of schedule for quote. Then she began texting my boyfriend after 10pm about other scheduling issues. She claimed to have lost my contact info, and even once said she sent an email that "must not have gone through." It's 2017, email is pretty reliable (yes i checked my spam folder). Like I said, the work was done really well and the installers were super nice and professional, but be prepared to be frustrated when scheduling the work to be completed.

It went very well. They were very responsive, coming out to measure within a couple of days of our call. The shower glass was installed 6 days later. Very good experience.

Service was punctual and responsive and price was lower than other 2 companies I called. I really liked the guys who came out to install the shower very customer service oriented. Girl that sold me the shower door was quick and friendly over the phone and stuck by the price even when it changed a little.

They did a great job. We had one small hitch... the glass shower door was initially the wrong size. This did cause a delay, but the new door and shower glass were installed. All the techs were professional and on time. Be aware that they do not take credit cards, which caused me a small bit of apprehension. However, I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

Please do read the proverbial fine print in the contract you sign with SDBT, as it includes a and quot;handling and delivery feeand quot; if you have to cancel an appointment. This was news to us as we've worked with many contractors and as is typical with renovations, you sometimes have unforeseen problems (as we did with this project) that result in delays or cancellations. It's a fair business practice policy, just not one that we have ever come across - and SDBT were very reasonable with us when we expressed our surprise and concern over this charge (the onus was on us to read the contract more carefully!). Regardless, this is a great company to work with - highly recommend them.

"Thank you! Since we have Super Discount pricing, we have found it necessary to charge for a "busted trip" when the reason is not in anyway the fault of Shower Doors by TJ. All our associates are paid a good "living wage", therefore the cost of a busted trip, not the fault of us, is very costly. If it is our fault we would never charge one penny more. All pricing and charges are listed with the invoice in LARGE print on the front of our contract. Things like this rarely happen, so the price you are quoted on the phone is the price you pay."

Everything went smoothly. I got the order one week after placement, as promised. Even if they had brought the wrong parts initially, they came back the next day and finished the job. After installation, the crew cleaned up the mess. Will use them again.
