"Provider was punctual and professional. They seemed knowledgeable of the services they were recommending. Pricing seemed a little on the high side for what we were wanting done. Maybe prices were in line for what they were proposing. We requested cabinet resurfacing, granite, backsplash and lighting. Their recommendation was for cabinet replacement. They did not do cabinet resurfacing."

Company was right on time; showed up with 2 workmen. They worked really fast, splitting up the jobs. Originally I only was going to have 3 jobs completed, but they finished those so quickly I added a fourth (I was lucky and glad I had an extra job ready; it was one I was going to do myself). Even with that, the workers were finished within about 45 minutes.

All the jobs were completed perfectly, with the exception of one. I had told the worker that I wanted the new shower head installed because the old one was leaking. When he installed the new one, it still leaked. So, I had to hire another contractor to fix that. Technically, he did exactly what I asked, but I did mark down one grade on quality because it didn't fix the problem, which I had told him about.

The workers cleaned up everything pretty well.

If you use the company, make sure you have every part, even the smallest washers, nuts, and bolts, for the job before the workers start. As far as I know they carry no parts at all, only tools.

The most important part of the experience was the consideration and respect provided while in my home, that is lacking in a lot of contractors. There is a certain amount of anxiety I experience with having strangers in my home, and that did not occur. Bryant was very honest and considerate in explaining the services that would be provided. I really felt it was a sales pitch and remained cautious. As the job progressed he came to the job site several times and at the end I realized he was being very truthful in his initial sales visit. He answered any questions however I had very few because the professionals who came to do the work were more than able to answer any questions. The 2 gentlemen that did the work were terrific!! They were so considerate and worked very hard. It was hard to believe that the contractors came, worked from 8:30-6:30 and only took 30 minute lunch, and showed up every day. The job took 3 days and I absolutely love the results. I did not know that they did work outside of flooring and kitchen/bath remodeling. I was looking up electricians to put in some recessed lighting after the first of the year. Bryant said they do all contract work so I will be using them for all my future contracting needs. It is like finding a good mechanic!! I have finally found a good contractor and have already been referring this company to my friends."

"Mr. Richard came out quickly and hung the curtains with no problem. I tried to do them myself the day before however the paneling was too hard. He did the job quickly and efficiently. He actually made it seem to easy. However, I was glad it was done and they look beautiful. He also charged a very reasonable price for the job. He was professional and courteous as well. I will definitely use him again when the need arises."
