Their quote was in line with other quotes but we selected First Fence due to the accompanying warranty. Installation scheduling was prompt and they were able to make last minute adjustments to layout after I changed my mind. The installers worked quickly and maintained attention to detail. I checked progress approximately every 3 hours to review quality of workmanship and raise new issues - they were receptive to adjusting to my requests as they worked. There was one minor defect that we noticed after completion of the installation - they sent a different crew the next day to resolve the issue. This company went the extra mile and did so with a smile in spite of challenges encountered during the installation of the backyard privacy fence. Lots of granite rock to dig through and engineering a solid, beautiful gate while working with existing chain link and 60 yr old concrete. The crew was very professional and respectful, nice hardworking young men. The fence is beautiful and they made sure all work materials and debris were fully removed. "I had received 3 referrals for fencing companies from individual friends who had used these companies. I decided to go with FenceWorks as their prices were better, and boy!, they did a phenomenal job! There were only 2 professionals that day who started at 930a and finished the whole job by 7p. They were courteous, listened carefully to what I wanted, and left with no sign of them being here except for my beautiful fence! All 319 feet plus 2 single gates and one double gate. They place each picket individual which I think makes the difference as the fence is level and rolls with the landscape. VERY HAPPY!!!"
