Miyagi's Fence Works

We had Miyagi?s install a fence for us several years ago. We have four active sons who frequently use the gates, kick balls into the planks, and neighbors who run things into the sides of the fence. Over time, planks become broken, gates become loose, and the heavy wear begins to show. I have called Miyagi?s on several occasions and within days they send someone out without question or charge and fix the fence. It is amazing customer service. If we ever move to another home or need another fence installed, I will hands down be using Miyagi?s. Seriously the best customer service I?ve ever experienced.

Company was very professional when building the fence and did a great job. I contacted them over a year later about painting thr fence but was never able to get it scheduled due to lack of response. This was at the peak of thr pandemic though, so im assuming it was a staffing issue.

Working with the Miyagi team was amazing! They were flexible as I worked around getting approval from my neighbors and HOA as well as splitting payment with my neighbors. The work itself was done much faster than expected a job that would have taken me a week of afternoons took the Miyagi team half a day!

Chris Willis jumped on my call for help immediately and came out and walked my job the day I called them. Their pricing was excellent and their finished product was phenomenal. They got our job done quickly and that was with me bumping them back due to our HOA not approving our request in time. Chris even helped me come up with a new fence design of diagonal corners which l hadn't even considered before. They had excellent Communication through the whole entire project and we couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a great fence company they are your guys!!

Tim, the owner was extremely prompt and efficient responding to my call for a fence wind damage repair. His men showed up within hours. Jeff & Daren showed up with all of the materials to complete the job. They are true professionals who worked with few wasted motions or words. They recommended ways to improve the esthetics and durability of the fence, and inspected the entire fence making unsolicited minor repairs as needed. Tim and every member of his team were fantastic to work with. From the initial discussion we had with Tim to obtain a quote to the final project completion, everything Miyagi's did was absolutely first rate. Their installers were super efficient, professional and did amazing work including thoroughly cleaning up once the job was finished. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Incredibly honest!!! We called to get a new fence and when he arrived he said we only needed to get ours stained. He also found and repaired a few places (at no cost). The estimate to paint was less than half of the other estimate. The work was completed today and it looks like we have a new fence!!! Great service and incredible integrity!!!

Nice good working and clean job

Short answer: Don't hesitate at all, hire them now. We have been SO impressed with Miyagi's Fence Works from start to finish. Tim originally came out to give us a quote and spent almost two hours (at our request) helping us decide on the best fence options. He gave us quotes on different scenarios, brainstormed a privacy fence option between us and the neighbors, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a design that we would be happy with, structurally and aesthetically. And was not pushy AT ALL. We hired Miyagi's Fence Works that day and put down the deposit. Our decision, no pressure from Tim at all. He originally scheduled us out about two weeks based on current demand, but called us a few days later and moved our install up to accommodate our need to get the fence up ASAP with a dog in a new house. He went out of his way on multiple occasions to make sure we were happy customers. Install day, the crew was incredible! They showed up at 8am and had the first fence posts in by 8:30. We had a 350(ish) foot fence and they cleared some brush, built the entire fence, and installed gates all within the day. They checked with us to make sure their fence lines were accurate, checked in throughout the day, and were excellent communicators. They were gone by 4pm. Left no trace except for our beautiful fence! Tim came by afterward and inspected the fence, made sure we were happy, and collected our final check. Which we gladly handed over and would absolutely do again. HIGHLY recommend!!
