In this instance, any minor issues which I may have had with the process were outweighed by far by the end result, which was excellent. "Fernando was absolutely great. He and his crew did a beautiful job prepping for and installing my vinyl floor, including shoe molding, very quickly and perfectly. Also, when I unexpectedly walked into my room to check things out, Fernando was fixing a door latch for me that had been improperly aligned by someone else in the past. How nice to find someone like this after having had work done here and there that wasn’t done very well. I wouldn’t call anyone else next time."
