I already purchased the flooring, a vinyl plank. Put down the moisture barrier that we purchased. He installed it, perfectly. He put together three dressers and a nightstand and painted the room the color I picked out. Not a drop of paint on the floor Recommended PVC trim on the baseboard and painted it a semi-gloss white, at their suggestion.
