"Mr. Boston was recommended by a friend who said that he did great work and I would be in "great hands". Although I called him on short notice, he was able to come over. He could see the panic on my face and reassured me that the termites would be taken care of. After walking me through the process, Mr. Boston went to work, that was 6 months ago. "Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."

"They were suppose to take the shutters off and wash them, but they could not get the shutters off.  Once off, they were going to put a material in the back of them so that bats would not be able to enter under our shutters any longer.  Instead, they had to fill them with foam.
