Great service. Appointment made quickly and sales manager was on time, knowledgeable, listened to what I needed. He purchased the item I had picked out, plumber was early for installation appointment, did the job and was done within an hour.

The workers were very professional and friendly. Robin and his crew were on time and patient with all of our questions. They did an amazing job with both my bathrooms.

I tend to be very picky and rarely feel comfortable giving anything my highest rating. In this instance, any minor issues which I may have had with the process were outweighed by far by the end result, which was excellent. Everyone who has seen the new shower has commented on how beautiful it is. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

They did the whole the bathroom in an incredibly short period of time. Turned out great, Ribon was very communicative and accommodating. Would hire them again.

It went very well, they I started work on the agreed-upon time, and they finished in a timely manner. They were here almost every day while they were working on this project. Supplies and material were delivered on time and the carpenters worked diligently to finish the work. The only problem was difficulty communicating with them as they didn’t speak much English. The owner of the company was very responsive to my questions and concerns. All in all, I would say I’ve had a good experience with this company and would recommend them to anybody else for a remodeling.

Work was very professionally done. Workers were very professional and courteous. Mr Odum was extremely helpful in selection of materials selected and was in constant contact while the work was being done and after. I would highly recommend Kitchen, Bath and Window Plus if you need work done to your home.

Overall we got our new kitchen. There were many, many, hiccups and communication errors. It was a long drawn out process due to mis measurements, and overall not listening. We had to correct a lot of errors ourselves. Tends to blame others for all mistakes but will blow smoke. Unprofessional in terms of talking about other customers or talking about how in debt he is, all things I don’t want to know. If you use this company please beware of what you are getting. You truly get what you pay for. I would recommend to go elsewhere unless saving a few bucks is very important to you. He does not have a real team, rather he just hires random people that leave messes and have no idea what’s going on with your project.

Robin Odum and his crew do first-rate work. The price was reasonable and there were no hidden surprises cost wise. Robin walked us through the process - step by step. He communicates well and brings a delightful enthusiasm to his work. He treated our project as if it was happening in his own home. He met deadlines and continues to follow up with us to make sure no problems have cropped up. There have been none. He understands what the term "customer service" means. Simply put, we were delighted with the results and can recommend Robin without qualification.

It was flawless. They were very professional. They were in and out for 2 days. They removed all the debris for us. They cleaned everything up after.

The workers were knowledgeable, nice, and professional. The guy who did the construction in the kitchen doesn't know what he supposed to do and he left it unfinished.
