Everyone was very professional. Months after the service I saw that the moisture issues were returning. The Manager came out and said that we were among a low percentage of basements that needed additional air flow. Concrete work performed to cover the frenchdrain trench is relatively smooth and even with the existing concrete floor. Combining their work with more efficient downspout management has resulted in a consistently dry basement! Keep in mind there is an annual fee associated with the warranty, which I would recommend. Additionally, the office staff are friendly and efficient. The previous owner had the work performed soon before selling us their home, and the warranty transfer was seamless and easy, a testament to the hard-working staff. "It's hard to provide a single number review for this company. They did the job we needed as expected at the price quoted.... and it appears to have been done well. Now to the other side of the coin. Follow up support has been difficult and now impossible. They provided a LIFETIME rodent warranty with their work. We had issues with rodents in the crawlspace about 1 year later and after repeated attempts to contact them they finally came out and did some work to remedy the situation. Now about 1 year after that, we have rodent issues again. I have tried to get Jim or Jordan to return my calls, emails, texts, and messages left with an answering service for the last 2 months. I have heard nothing back. At this point all I can do is leave a below average review and hope that they will notice and contact me. So as of this writing my advice is... if you are looking for "satisfactory" work with NO guarantee of warranty service after the job is done... then these folks may work for you... BUT... if you expect that warranty issues will be taken care of after the job, then it may be best to avoid this company.
UPDATE: they did contact us, came out and took care of the situation today.... and hopefully we will not have any contact issue in the future.

We found Riverside Painting on Angie’s list and contacted them to provide a quote to rebuild our deck. Gerado came out promptly and provided an email quote for the deck using composite materials. He also brought out samples for us to choose the color. Once we decided to build, the crew was able to demolish and rebuild our deck and stairs in two days. We were happy with the construction and the crew. There was an outstanding issue getting some brickwork fixed but when it was done it looked good.
During the build, we discussed the crew coming back out in a month to stain the deck and received a verbal quote. The following week we received a text saying a crew was coming out to stain the deck. We said no we wanted to wait several more weeks to ensure the wood was ready and had to send the crew away.
When the crew came out to stain, they did a good job but put on one coat and it was thin in spots. We contacted Gerado and he came back out and agreed to send the crew to add another coat to the deck.
We requested an invoice for the build at least 5 times through texts, emails and verbal communication. We also requested an invoice for the staining. We finally received a two line invoice for build and stain with no specifics on labor, size, material used or work completed.
We were happy with the crew that built the deck and the construction is solid but communication was the problem. All that said, I would recommend Riverside painting to use for construction.
