Choice Home WarrantyBill had to replace fuse, and was not able to find what was causing the short, but when I called him back to the property to check of the furnace cutting off again, he did come out, next day, and replaced fuse, and we think its fixed, but if not, he will come back. Only one service call charge, of course. Bill was very professional, wore a mask, booties, and worked very hard to find the problem. Would recommend Bill for service. He's great.- MARY M.

Very pleased with the company and service on our Kenmore washing machine and dryer. We decided to have the dryer vent cleaned at the last minute. The technician, Genna, was on time and professional. He also took the time to look at our dishwasher and ordered a part to be shipped to our house. He gave suggestions on maintaining our appliances. Our issues were resolved at a reasonable price. I made the call on Wednesday may 26 and he was supposed to deliver it on Thursday. He calls me and now it's going to be Friday.he brings it out Friday and puts it in but claims he doesn't have the parts and he will return Sat. He calls me Saturday and said he has another job but he's going to try to get back Saturday which he does not. I call him Sunday he doesn't answer so Monday I had to pay another service guy $120 and that's when I found out that this was a used stove. This is the last time I'm using Angie's list because I had another issue with another professional. You all used to be good at vetting these contractors but I'm done. I have asked for $450 back but I know that's not happening. Very disappointed 😞. T. Highsmith
