A+++ Service!!! Dimitri was Fantastic. He was prompt, professional, friendly and all around great to work with. He replaced my old disposal with the new one within 30 minutes, explained to me the problem's with my old one, showed me the the worn parts from my old disposal to provide proof of the damaged appliance and the fact that there was a leak and did a thorough test of the new disposal to show that all work was done correctly and that there were NO leaks. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!!! Thanks Dimitri!!!

Had to have ice maker replaced on a 5 year old Whirlpool French-door refrigerator. Came out and was very professional. After initial diagnosis to confirm item, ordered part and came back out later that week to finish repair.

Control panel needed replacing and not made anymore. Bought new washer instead. Excellent service and advice given. Will definitely use service again.

The entire process was very easy and quick. They were able to come to my house to do the repair the day after I made an initial call. The issue was diagnosed within ten minutes, and the repair (a switch needing to be replaced on the washing machine) was completed within half an hour.

Demetri is courteous, responsible, diligent, and professional. He answered all of my questions during our initial phone conversation. Dimitry repaired our washer in the past (even came late at night so we could do laundry). He did an excellent job and so when we were having problems with our fridge, we called on him again. Another excellent job! He is very professional, knowledgeable and customer-service oriented.
