We have used Dimtry Reapair services multiple times for more than 7 years and have never been disappointed. He has always been prompt in responding and ensures timely service. BEWARE- They may be using recycled parts, they only offer a 90 day warranty which is not part of my complaint. The primary issue is that Dmitry will not provide where the part was purchased after I paid them and the supposed OEM part went out soon afterwards. Receipt says OEM but no proof was provided when I requested the phone number of the distributor to request a replacement myself. Dmitry reply is in the copy of text message - but Angi’s list may not allow me to attach

Over the last three years we have used Appliance Repair Quality for repair work on three of our home appliances: refrigerator, stove, and dryer. All of these were/are over 30 years old. Dmitry was immediately responsive each time we contacted him, and he scheduled repair technician Tony to come to our home either the same day or the next day. Tony is amazing. He was able to get our old Amana side-by-side refrigerator/freezer working again after two different parts failures, and help us get through the long delivery delays for appliances during COVID until we could get a replacement refrigerator. Tony also quickly diagnosed and repaired a problem with our Magic Chef gas stove/oven, and on another trip with our Maytag dryer. On all these visits Tony was courteous, clear in explaining the problem, and efficient in making the repair via parts replacement at a very fair price. We highly recommend Appliance Repair Quality and appreciate dealing with such thorough professionals as Dmitry and Tony.

Wanted to update my review of Appliance Repair Quality, since we had to have them out again to fix another one of our appliances! As always, they are a pleasure to work with and are always able to come out on short notice! Appliances are just not made like they used to be, but thankfully Dmitry and his team are always able to fix our appliances so we don’t end up having to buy a new one ever time they break down! If you don’t have money to throw out the window, call Dmitry first to see if he can help! I can’t recommend him enough!!
