BANKS APPLIANCE REPAIR

I will never recommwnd Banks applinances or Angi list to anyone. Preston come out on April 1st to repair refrigerator. Removed some Ice and left stating it was repaired. 3 days later called Preston again to report issues. He stated give it some time to see if it reoccurrs. I called him back on the 11th he came on the May 12th. While moving the refrigerator he DAMAGED my floor. He immediately told me my wife won't notice it and to cut another piece fron under the dishasher. Preston left and I reported to ANGI'S list whpn REFERRED him to me.. At that point he stated he would take responsiablilty for damages. Angi list representative Brittany stated agree to get his own contractor to repair after he didn't agree to my two estimates from Home Depot and Lowes. Preston's contractor did a no show on May 28th and on May 31th. Angis list wadn't helpful. ANGIS'S REFERRED HIM TO ME.

I put in a request a couple of days ago and then less than 10 minutes later I received a call from the company asking when to schedule. Overall, Preston did a stellar job. Kept me updated with any information And the price was fair. To make it more convenient, he accepted all modes of payments. Will be Doing business with them again

Preston was able to see me the same day I posted. He was prompt, courteous and explained everything he checked, worked for me.

Within an hour, I received a call regarding my project. I received a next day appointment and did not have to wait all day for Preston to arrive. He diagnosed the issue and fixed our dryer within an hour.

There were a few hiccups (regarding the oven), but Preston was very informative and proactive in getting them resolved. Thorough communication throughout the resolution. I’d recommend 10/10.

Preston got here on time removed covers from dryer ordered new belt pulleys and roller came back the next morning and replaced them very nice young man I would recommend him anytime
