The guys did a great job, no surprises. They ran the line from the source to the location I wanted on the deck. They checked and made sure grill lit and heated to specification, explained the process and answered all questions.

They are more than happy to sell you a new system but are out of their league when it comes to servicing a unit outside of a simple cleaning. Since they tried chasing the issue by randomly replacing parts (that did not fix the issue) we are back to square one and are now looking for another company to service the system. Lesson learned the hard way - stay away from this company."
