Blue Monkey Pressure Washing and Wood Care is an exterior cleaning company specializing in a low pressure, soft-wash cleaning process that safely cleans all types of surfaces. Our goal at Blue Monkey Pressure Washing and Wood Care is to treat your property like we would our very own. When pressure washing your house we use as little pressure as possible, virtually eliminating concerns of water being forced behind siding, paint being blown off, and water being pushed into windows and doors. Our machines, chemicals and techniques are extremely effective at removing mold, mildew, dirt and grime while being eco-friendly and safe for people, plants and animals. Blue Monkey Pressure Washing and Wood Care is an owner operated small business and we are happy to service homes located in Marietta, Roswell, Alpharetta, Woodstock, Milton, Duluth, Johns Creek, Buckhead, Midtown and surrounding Metro Atlanta areas.

I used Blue Monkey to clean the exterior of my home as well as the backyard fence, deck and patio. Robert arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done, provided a fair quote, and answered all of my questions. He was friendly and professional. By the time he was done our house looked brand new! What a difference! My only regret is that we didn’t use Blue Monkey sooner! I will definitely recommend this company to all of my neighbors and friends.

I chose Blue Monkey because they handle a variety of exterior clean up jobs around the house. I called them Friday morning and told Josh what I wanted to do on the first job. He called back late morning to see if we could do it later that day, which was great. They communicated excellently by text message and email, including a clearly stated estimate, a photo of who to expect, and an estimated time of arrival. The work was done very nicely and efficiently. They will keep track of me for repeat of this service. I also requested a quote for cleaning house siding and exterior windows in due course. This company is a small but dedicated and very expert team.

This was a large deck area with a lot of railing. They were very punctual and professional. My only negative comment is they got stain on the siding and it doesn’t come off. Overall did a good job.

Marco did a wonderful job power washing my house, front steps and deck. He explained the job ahead of time, confirmed pricing and set expectations. Marco was meticulous in his work, moving items and cleaning under them; spot cleaning more difficult stains; making sure the job was done well. Everything sparkles! Great! Price was competitive and fair. The owner Jarrod took time to explain the process, the products used in pressure washing solution and various options for sealing or staining. Sealing was tough to schedule due to crazy weather, but they made it work. Staining crew (of one) was super nice and professional. Plan to be a regular customer - in fact working on a schedule to pressure wash my driveway next.

Marco did an absolutely tremendous job. He was meticulous, detail-oriented and very thorough. He carefully moved all planters and patio furniture to clean underneath. The driveway and patio areas look brand new; such a stark and incredible transformation. Marco is a very hard working individual and did a wonderful job. It went great. They were able to pressure me ash the deck until it looked like new. They then dried it and sealed it all in one day. My house was on the market and many potential buyers thought it was a brand new deck. I would definitely hire them again.

Pretty awful. The young man injured himself the first day. The charges went up almost $200. more than the "deal" we paid for. Thought we had discussed it thoroughly before the work was done. As much as I personally like the young man, I didn't recommend him on our Neighborhood Nextdoor app, and I would not recommend. Will never use Angie's List again unless I get a signed contract for work to be done and the FULL cost.

Blue Monkey was very fast in getting a quote and came out tht next day to pressure wash the porches. Marcus came out so days later to stain the floors, supports and stairs and did an excellent job. I recommend them!
