The windows were a little pricey, but they are custom made and once installed they fit perfectly, and work great. Workmanship was precise and quite professional and the worker was courteous.

I was informed that exterior lead paint had been used on my mother's house (built in 1962), and had been told that the men who installed my windows would take great precautions to prevent lead paint particles from getting in the rooms. I was told that they would seal the area with large sheets of plastic while installing the new windows. However, that action was not done. The windows were installed with no precautions taken; therefore, I have no idea what lead, if any, got into the house. Aside from that, the men installed the 3 windows quickly and professionally.

Very good experience, except at the end; I did feel the little things I had to remind them to complete the tasks. And then the completion of these tasks seem to be on the back burner a little longer. I do LOVE how my home looks now!

The craftsmanship seems to be of good quality. I especially enjoyed the team that delivered the work. However, the company has serious communication issues and almost seems to be a little scattered. They dont keep up with documentation and the management level of employees are NOT all on the same page. There are way to many Chiefs and not enough Indians! Bo Hinley was my sales agent and he seemed to be very professional. The home office should be trained on organizational management. There are too many "professionals" that know nothing! I applaud Austin for stepping in and helping out on areas that were out of his department. He is truly a team player!! Marketing Strategies- I was told that a marketing sign would be placed in my yard while the work was being performed. That never happened! If I owned a product or a company and I put my name behind the quality, PLEASE BELIEVE that I will used that opportunity to market to EVERY home in the area. Because the sign was not placed in my yard, it tells me that you are not as secure with either the workers or the product. This process started back in May... its now September and the work is still incomplete. I have called SEVERAL times to complain, and each time you attempt to make it right but every attempt has resulted in failure. I have never asked for a discount or a refund, and neither has one been offered. I am not one to look for "a hookup", but one that demands professionalism and quality. I have been very reserved in my comments in regard to the services, however the more I type the more angry I get. I would like to hear something else from a person that knows what he/she is talking about and an explination for a job that was to initially take 2 days that has now tur

We have had great experiences with them so far. Because we changed our minds and added projects on, it has extended the project. We are still waiting for the windows to be installed because we took a while to decide. My only suggestion is that they were extremely great about contacting us before the order and they did tell us it would be around 5 weeks but I wish they would call in the interim just so we know we haven't been forgotten. I don't want to have to call them to check on the status. I would be happy to continue this rating when the windows are installed.

Installed 11 double-hung, 1 garden window and installed a full-view door in place of a window in one day. Very efficient, showed up on time. One problem with manufacturing defect in garden window is supposed to be corrected this week.
